Should be fixed by now

How long will it take to have this mandatory app to be fixed? There are so many issues with it that it should be illegal to allow this to determine whether we are paid or not or that the info from this app to be what determines the validity of our visits and claims with clients. I recently returned to PDN nursing and can’t believe the old issues are still ongoing. My clock in GPS location often shows down the street from my client’(s) home despite being at my client’s residence. Big problem. There is no in-app help or troubleshooting which is extremely inconvenient. Just this past week it stopped showing my past visits as if they didn’t happen. Like many others I am going to be forced to take screenshots of my clock in’s and out’s. Do better.

Terrible terrible terrible

I wish I could give negative stars, i guarantee if you use this app it will give you a headache. A toddler could develop a more stable app. Rarely connects, if and when it does it’s extremely slow, you are required to change your password in such little time and the password requirements are ridiculous. I constantly have issues with this app ….now it won’t let me login . This is so frustrating

Nothing but issues with this app logging in …. Please fix this I can’t track my hours

Bugs and more bugs

This is one of the worst apps I have to use on a regular basis. I’m a software engineer, so I could write about how bad it is for an hour. In the end, it’s poorly designed and that’s all there is to it.

Enough with the password changes!

SERIOUSLY “change your password every 30 DAYS?!!! And it takes FOREVER to change said password!! WHY did you make it so bloody complicated!? It literally takes 15-20 minutes just to change the password, ( which is a really BAD THING, when you are trying to clock in or out) because you require it to be too long with too many additional characters, symbols, numbers, etc. NEVER have I ever had an app that requires my password to be changed so often! Good grief, it’s not like National security, I have friends/ family that work for the government, and they don’t even have to make their password this complicated nor, change them this often! And don’t EVEN get me started on how many times this thing glitches or work SLOWER THAN FORZEN MOLASSES! Whoever wrote this app, seriously needs to rethink it from a workers perspective, because they totally BLEW IT!!

Trash! Trash! Trash!

I am an agency owner amd we use this app from the State for Clock ins and outs and its the worst app wver! It never loads, buttons sometimes missing or do not work. At one point it was missing in the Google Play for all Androids users. I can mever schedule clients in there without waisting about 3 hours because its either not working that day or doesn’t want to load properly or buttons are all of a sudden deactivated and do not work! Who ever works on this app or even maintains it needs to go back to coding school. Do not ever get this app!

It’s Not the Worst App I Have, But It’s Close

This app is by far one of the worst apps I have on my phone. Being that it’s used for a job, and what’s currently my only job, I expect better. The speed is the biggest issue. Even if I’m using the greatest WiFi possible, this app runs slow as can be. Loading takes minutes sometimes, it will sometimes fail at logging in, clocking in and out takes forever and sometimes glitches out, it can be unresponsive at times; it is just genuinely a bad app and the fact an app made in this day in age AND is meant for work is truly horrible. And I can be this harsh because I’ve used it everyday for 13 months straight now.

What’s going on?

I had my phone updated to an iPhone 14 and everything switched over. Now when I went to reinstall Sandata it does not recognize my email so it’s not letting me sign in anymore and the person I’m working for has to manually put my time in, which they can’t continue doing. I had no problems with the app until I switched my phone! So what’s going on here?

Most glitchy inconvenient annoying app I have ever been forced to use

Nightmare

I've never used such a bad app, every clock in/out is like a nightmare.

Developer is non responsive

Developer hasn’t fixed workers log in of hours worked for most current week and to be able to view. Past current visits are non viewable for the month either. This is an on going issue for at least two years, when is this going to be fixed? I can’t verify my inputted hours! All they respond with is to email them with more details when they know what’s already wrong and take remedial action.

Horrible app

Will log out from client and when I go back in for the next client I’m still logged in. Always say no internet connection on my phone, so I have to manually put in the names. Now it won’t even let me in. It says no internet connection, so I tried to reset my password and it says the same thing “no internet connection .”

Soo glichy it literally takes 10 minutes to log in

I hate this app so much and I’m forced to use it for work everyday there is a problem it takes 10 minutes to load when trying to log in and there’s so many continuous crashes that I literally have to go home and fight with this app so I can get paid it’s extremely frustrating if I could give 0 stars I would

Horrible

Hardly ever works and makes us spend more time trying to clock in or out!! Signature from client is mostly the most terrible idea, makes them angry or have trouble sending it.

Clock in/out issues

After I clock in or out on wifi, sometimes it doesn’t register, even though it gave me a “Are you sure you want to clock out?” pop-up and I clicked Yes. Overall the app just seems clunky and awkward. And the monthly password changes, seriously?!?! Even my bank doesn’t demand that!

Not again

I clock in and when I go to clock out I’m not clocked in. Get this fixed or hire someone who knows what they are doing. I’m really

Horrible update

I guess when they updated the app to fix issues, it made other issues occur! I can log in and clock in on my phone and then when I go back in it will say that I’m not clocked in. Or if I log in from the tablet at my clients home and clock in, and try to log in on my phone, it will say I’m Not clocked in so now I have to screenshot every time I clock in/out because they system is a mess, just to prove to my agency that I was clocked in, in case there are any issues. The same issues happen when I complete a shift. This needs fixed because it’s messing with peoples time and money!! Just horrible!!!
