Glitches Galore
This has got to be the glitchiest app I’ve ever used. From the teacher side, the attendance shows different on all of our teacher’s apps showing kids checked out for one person but checked in for another. It will constantly bounce me around to another class after I make a post, the pictures are always weirdly cropped and you can’t adjust it, and you can’t even post videos. I like the idea of the app, but the execution is awful.

Disappointing and frustrating
This app is a daily headache. It will randomly display a blank white screen during critical times like drop off and pick up. When I had an android phone, I often would attempt to post pictures 3 or 4 times and the app would crash. The developers ignore small service requests for months. For the whole school year my class has had an issue where students who were not scheduled would show up as scheduled. Still no word about a fix. Teachers are supposed to get push notifications when a parent checks a child in or out- this has never happened. This forces teachers to constantly check and refresh the app to see if a child or parent has arrived. Because of Covid, parents cannot enter the building. The result is frustrating for both parents and teachers because parents have to check in/out AND message the teacher for us to get a notification. And sometimes message notifications don’t even arrive until 15 minutes after they’re sent. I would not recommend this app to anyone and I encourage the support team to have a realistic view of their capacity because they clearly cannot handle the needs of their current clients.

It’s very irritating to log in only to get a BLANK WHITE SCREEN!!!!!
Does not function well
I agree with all the other reviews. The alerts don’t ever work. My parents cannot see what I post and I wish we could post short videos.
Must be on WiFi to use app
There is a bug in the teachers app. You must be on WiFi to use the app. Otherwise, works very well.

Not working at all
Lets me log in but then only shows a blank white screen after I put in my email and password. I will update my review when the app is fixed!
