This app is bs. Regular mail is being withheld and this service is being pushed. 4 dollars a letter, and everywhere you look, some sort of add-on upcharge. Daily news and bible quotes being sold? Seriously? Am I supposed to believe this company cares when it is clearly fist-in-mouth profit? It’s a sweet idea and a cute sob story being sold, but bare in mind you’re being sold a service that already exists (U.S. mail, a real American product), and it’s highly suspicious that no other mail gets through but these promise it. In addition, this company is using ai, which means it’s outsourcing jobs for people to computers. Doesn’t feel very people-oriented, or American to me. Just greedy.

Quick and near effortless delivery of mail! Much better than the US Postal Service
I downloaded Sandboxx on the advice of my daughter‘s recruiter. At first, I didn’t know that it was a paid for service so that put me off a little bit and I decided I would use the US mail instead. That quickly changed when I paid $13 for a priority letter that took 11 days to get there when they claim 1 to 3 and most locations. I didn’t think an Army base in Missouri would not include most locations, and all I got from the Postal Service was “we’re sorry.”
Part of the reasons why I pay my bills online.
The Sandboxx app has been wonderful with three to four days max to get a letter to her while she’s in Boot Camp is amazing and it’s not much more expensive than US mail. The only thing that I can’t do is send handwritten letters, which I enjoyed doing, but that’s the price of technology in speediness.
I highly recommend this app if you’re trying to communicate with those in Service.

This app is trash. It’s hard to send letters you gotta go through 1 million and one down steps just so you can actually send a letter it cost $65 to send 12 letters come on man y’all gotta do better than this.

I have talked for other people into using the app… although it is expensive and hard for low income families like myself to buy the bigger pack.. I love that they also have the option that other people who have extra can send them to you.. I love buying the reply, postage so my fiancé can send letters back without having to worry about paying four letters and stamps plus filling out all the extra addresses and stuff… my fiancé told me not to write too much, but then changed his mind two weeks in and asked me to write him as much as possible so my heart is mended and I am sending as many as possible to help him push through💕 thank you Sandboxx

I love the convenience of the app but the prices are crazy. I’m paying way too much to send yeah, get one from Yammy no well she said yes I’m so encouraging messages to my family member that’s risking their life for this country (that’s kinda ridiculous). Charging me outrageous prices to send a picture also very crazy and I’m pretty sure y’all are using ai and computers to do majority of the work anyways so y’all need to do better!!

Our daughter is in the Army and using Sandboxx to send her letter has been wonderful! It’s so easy to just type something up and allow them to print and mail it AND it gets there faster than using regular mail. We get to upload pictures and have options of sending her newsletters, prepaid postage, gift cards, etc. She loves getting mail so this has been such a great tool for military families!

This was an emotion saver. My son was not getting my hand written letter through snail mail and I found this and it gets to the base next day. And now I know for sure my soldier is getting the letters for sure. It is amazing

my husband is in the army and sandboxx has been the best way to make sure he gets my letters quickly with NEXT DAY DELIVERY!!!! 10/10 recommend. they recently took away free reply postage so that makes the price less worth it but you still have a free photo to send your soldiers.
Something is wrong with app
I haven’t been able to log in for two days. I have deleted the app several times. I have logged out and tried logging back in with no success. The app was working fine two days ago and was great. Idk what is going on now.
Supporting our SIT
Love Sandboxx the letters get to our grandson in a timely manner. We also signed him up for inspirational quotes. It makes supporting your Soldier In Training (SIT) easy and convenient. Definitely recommend it.

Bought the package and the return letters too. I heard from him in week 5 that his replies were returned to sender.

So good and easy to send pics. Was told it would be quick delivery, but it’s taken a week to be delivered. Labor Day holiday may have something to do with it. Anyway, grateful to have this simple way to write and send pics!!
BEWARE!!
It’s seems like such a great concept that families can easily reach their beloved troop with a digital letter and gift cards, BUT your troop won’t even receive your letter and they cannot even use the gift cards because the won’t work. This app is a ripoff and I’m heading over to the BBB for my money back. An envelope and forever stamp is cheaper than this mess and it will get to your troop without a doubt. I have six letters and 2 gift cards my son never received and I’m using the address provided by the DI.
