This app is amazing! I’m so grateful to be able to use this to stay connected to my sailor. Letters get sent next day if you send between Monday-Thursday. You do have to pay but it’s worth it!!! You also get weekly updates so you know what your service member is going to be doing this week!
This app and service are top notch. Knowing my letters are getting to the base helps. The costumer service is amazing.
LOVE THIS APP! Not only does it do a phenomenal job of keeping us connected to our military recruits, but! It excels at providing us with information and resources throughout their journey!
This makes writing to my SIT so easy and quick! No worries about my letters not getting to him. You have to pay for this but it is so worth it!!!!
Modern technology can really feel like the only way to communicate sometimes. Thanks to sandboxx I could connect with someone I truly appreciate and care for.
I love how quick, convenient and reliable Sandboxx is. I had an issue(which was my fault tbh) with my letters after I changed the address, but after reaching out for help, a real support agent was quick to respond, fix the issue, and get my letters sent out. I really appreciated how helpful and responsive they were!

One of the letters my daughter wrote was returned and updated the address in time for her friend to switch bases and be returned again. I sent a gift card and her friend never got the card, very frustrating when this is is supposed to be an easier system.
I love this app it help me keep in touch with my sin while he was at bootcamp, very happy cuz we were able to send him letters and they gave him an envelope to write us back.
I don’t like nor appreciate the fact that when I bought the package, it was stated that my letters would come with a letter, a picture and a pre-addressed envelope for my recruit to write back and all the sudden that pre-addressed envelope to write back is no longer included with it. Had I known that, I’d not have wasted my money. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for it when it was included in the package when I bought it.

The sandboxx app has been the best thing for any military parent to communicate with your loved ones without the worry if they got your letter or if it got lost in snail mail.
My husband has the squad set up. But I have to purchase my own letters and can use the squad. I tried signing in as him but the app default ed to me.
There’s no way I would have made it through our son’s time at BMT without Sandboxx!!! Obviously, having such a simple and efficient way to communicate with him as often as I wanted to is the best feature. But this app provides wraparound support, too!! Being able to learn what each week is bringing, what to plan for at his graduation, and having the ability to connect with others and learn from them is invaluable!! Just amazing. What a blessing!!

Love this app to keep in touch with my son
Sandboxx is a Godsend because it’s everything that you’ll need to keep your Airman to be motivated and feel thought about. I remember being in basic training and looking forward to hearing from my family and friends. Sandboxx has taken the guesswork and traveling to the post office for us out of the equation. This is the best idea ever.

I would like to know if someone get the memory book and how to do if can help me I tried many time through the app I couldn’t do it
Love sandbox my husband got my letters very quickly and I was more at ease being that I can’t track them and knowing that he received them very thankful for this app. Including asking questions to other families and the connections you can make. Very informational
I’ve never been more disappointed in a service in my life!! My grandson is in week 5 of boot camp and hasn’t received any letters from family, except for 1 letter from my daughter. He’s very discouraged that the other recruits get mail, and he never does!! We’ve ONLY used Sandboxx, so this says a lot! They resent my first letter for me after complaining, but geez! This doesn’t make sense! Only gave 2 stars due to the friendliness of customer service.

The sandbox app has been a blessing in giving me some idea of what my son is going through in boot camp. The only reference I have is from the movies. lol also being able to send him pictures and letters and money easily helps me to feel like I’m with him and gives me peace of mind.
Takes your money. Doesn’t deliver letter or gift card. RTS. Then says non refundable. Not recommended
Signed up for this app because we were told (and it advertises overnight delivery). We live 4 hrs away from base and USPS will arrive sooner than these letters. Letters go from Arlington, to Nashville, to outside base then base, and I have letters that have been out for delivery going on 5 days! Make it personal, send the snail mail. This app might work well for families more than a state or two away, but if you’re local, send the hand written letter.
