Never Works( Needs a serious look)
Hi, we have been long time customers and have banked with Sandia Area FCU for about 15 years.. This app is horrible, the features like Mobile Deposit and even viewing transactions history always end in error message.. Mobile banking is very important these days, for there are no Sandia locations outside of NM. I think this app needs a serious revamp and overhaul.. Judging from the 2.7 star rating, I’m not the only one having problems…

When doing a mobile check deposit and following instructions it fails to mention there’s a limit to what you can deposit. So you may ruin a check by endorsing it as the instructions state.
Major Glitch
There is a big glitch where the app does not actually log you out when you think it did. After logging out and closing the app, days later when opening the app again it still shows my accounts as if I had never logged out. Please fix this as it is a security issue.

It has simple navigation, that’s all I’m going to give it, other than that it’s going to make me go delinquent on my car payment, linking accounts is super broken and the customer service line is like a damn labyrinth to navigate through

Would like to easily see my son’s account with my log in for ease of transfer.
Poorly Run App
I’m a very tech savvy, and this app is one of the worst due to its glitches and bugs. You’re better off going to the website to do anything. They recommend adding it at the bank but to be honest it’s only good for looking at your current balance. Everything else causes the app to bug out.
Zelle and linked accounts broken
It’s the same app that just about every credit union uses and it’s a decent app, but a couple features seem to be bugged in Sandia’s version. I am unable to even initiate a Zelle transfer, getting an error message when I click the link, and even though my linked accounts show in my transfer menu, they do not show up in the main page. I hope Sandia will fix this because I really like them as a credit union.

Doesn’t Work
Blank screen when opening the app and never loads.
App very unreliable, just like the credit union
App is clunky and rarely works properly. Today, it wouldn't display the transactions on the credit card, happens about half the time. The credit union itself is the worst I have encountered in ABQ, they have so many problems. Will be closing my account soon.
Add Green Numbers for money coming into account
Used to be so much easier when it was color coated when money comes in it should show green not black
Work but the Zelle link doesn't
I use Sandia and managing my money directly with the app is easy with this for the most part. What I don't enjoy is the Zelle option that automatically links to my bank when I try to use Zelle. It takes me to the Sandia app and when I try to use it I end up getting an Error message and it doesn't change as many times as I reload it. I hope you have better luck with that function. Because of that I can't receive or send money when I need to 👎

User Friendly
This app works great for me!
It works but clunky
When logging in I get the legend showing me that the circled 'A' is available balance but no accounts. If I go to another tab and back the accounts appear.
I got a different message than another reviewer when depositing a check. The required mobile deposit wording is so long I have to write small. This is a big corporate check - a regular sized personal check will be worse. The app apparently couldn't read it. I selected "Submit any way" since it *is* on the check. We'll see if it's accepted and how long it takes.

Mobile Deposit Note working IPhone 13 Pro
The app does what it needs to but the mobile deposit is busted. It says my image quality is too low but there is no way to set image quality and my phone is more than capable of taking a high quality image.
Always Glitching
This app is always having problems! I have to delete and reinstall all the time. They also will change policies on you without any warning. Have been with them for two years and there is always something that comes up. I am ready to switch banks.
Worst Banking App Ever!!!!
everrrrr, and nooooot a great bank... why would you make it so hard to pay a Bill for my GR SUPRA, You 🤡‘s. Take a look at ummm about every other BANK’S apps, because all of them are better and I will refinance soon because I’m starting to realize this bank has no clue... I want negative stars for this one

Terrible
This app is terrible for a bank app. It doesn’t properly refresh/update the account giving inaccurate info. It glitches and ends up charging a bunch of overdraft fees when I have money in my account. I haven’t banked here very long but I’m already thinking about switching...
Login problems
Never changed my password and use biometric id to log in but all of a sudden it stopped working went to use my password and that didn’t work tried to reset my password and it locked me out even with all my information entered correctly. This app has been quite troublesome lately and trying to get someone at the credit union to help has been near impossible.

Best Credit Union!
This app is AMAZING!! I love that I don’t have to fully log into the app in order to see my account balances. The P2P transfer is amazing. I’m able to send money to anyone where all the have to do is click on a link and it will transfer to their account instantly and when another member transfers money to me it’s right in my account with just a click. I have been a member of SAFCU for 20+ years now, and even when I was living in a different state they still helped me out with anything I needed. I will forever be a meme we of this amazing credit union!!
