Works better than the memory zone app
This app is way less confusing, and has more features for the iXpand drive. Can’t send videos to and from my phone in the ‘replacement.’

I’ve used iXpand drives since 2016 & this app is leaps & bounds easier to use, more intuitive, & supports Content Creators’ needs infinitely better than Memory Zone.
I’m not sure what the business decision was to keep the lesser app, but I can assure you it was not a decision made with the customer in mind.
It is also not ready to be the sole app. You cannot select which photos & videos you back up (only capable of backing up the entire phone, which is both a waste of time & space when you don’t need that). The filter & sort are not nearly as intuitive. It’s simply not up to par like iXpand app.
So if nothing else - please keep supporting iXpand app & get Memory Zone to match what iXpand app can do exactly. Otherwise, I fear yall are going to lose a lot of your loyal customers.

Love this app to bits
I really love this app and it’s is the only reason why I keep buying sandisk drives. It’s reliable and does exactly what I want. I love the option where I can select what photos I want to save to the drive and the process is super smooth. I hate the new app they made Memory Zone. There’s only the option to back up your photos there and not select which ones you want to back up. I honestly hope they keep this app active instead and if they want to keep the other app up so bad they should just keep both running. I detest the fact they are forcing users to use the new stupid app instead of giving us the option to choose between the two. Other users are also disliking the new app so I hope the devs keep IXpand up

Please continue to support this app. I tried the memory zone and it doesn’t backup photos by date taken and my photos backed up a jumbled mess.
Incompatibility with 10 th Gen iPad
Says in the App Store that it works with this iPad but guess what? It doesn’t. I can remember when SanDisk actually made stuff that actually worked.
Extremely limited and other issues
- if you select more than 1000 photos it will crash, tried it three times. You have to copy photos in small increments.
- it doesn’t copy anything other then photos. I couldn’t copy my text notes so I needed to screenshot them and copy them as pictures!

How can you simply stop the support/use of a product that was purchased by saying “if you don’t pay more and upgrade to a spy-ready online version, you will no longer have use of this product”? This is blatantly illegal, and you will be held accountable.
All money should be refunded for anyone who bought this product, and this company should go bankrupt. I encourage a class action lawsuit against this business to end their business and put their executive on the street.
The key word everyone needs to start using in today’s world is “clawback”. We need to clawback all past profits from all these companies.

I’ve never experienced this before but certain videos will not play
I need someone from your company to help me with this flash drive I need to know if I can use the same flash drive one another device so I can backup photos and videos without loading any of my photos and videos And just also to add if I’ve downloaded these different videos on my phone and they play perfectly yet when uploading them to this flash drive they refuse to play at all
I’ve formatted this drive to multiple different formats and no matter what I’ve set it up using and will not allow certain to videos to play and I don’t want to lose these videos because they have memories of my mother and other family members who’ve passed away I’ve already lost countless memories

This app is better than Memory Zone
Please don’t discontinue app support for this. Users much prefer this one. We don’t all have the latest iphones you know.
Stopped working after two uses
Total waste of money. Drive works, but not seen by app. Avoid.

Disappointed this will no longer be available
I absolutely LOVE this app to select and transfer files, however upon opening the app today, i got the notice there will be a new app… which i tried and does not allow you to select which photos/files you’d like to transfer. This app says will be available until April, but i’m currently trying to transfer photos as my phone is out of memory, and it crashes and doesn’t transfer anything. Highly disappointing- if it’s not broken don’t fix it.

Tried the new app “Memory Zone”, three attempts and still cannot get a full backup. Cannot even access what it does back up! Why companies change apps BEFORE working out bugs is beyond me.
To think, I almost bought a larger capacity drive. Thanks for the warning!

San disk flash drive
I bought the San disk flash drive for my iPhone 15 pro and it’s not reading the flash drive when I plug it into my phone so I can’t even save any photos or videos
Flawless!
Love using this app so much, it’s such a breeze to use…too bad it’s being replaced by a garbage *updated* app that doesn’t work…
