When the main three buttons on the toolbar say: home, store, explore; then you understand you don’t have an app that is about functionality and the product, but rather a mix between functionality, convenience, and marketing
Older one ixpand drive
Older iXpand drive was better than this app. The previous one would allow to see all photos easily. Also one could download photo of a day in one click while as in this one i need to select one by one.

Excellent App make it easy to unload my pictures from my IPhone I totally recommend it .

So far everything that has been involved using my SANDISK I expand has been simple and easy.
SANDISK not Backing up phone
My flash drive is not backing up photos, videos or contacts from my phone to the hard drive I restarted the app and went to default settings and still the same problem. Hopefully, you guys can fix this.

Useless
It shows how much storage is on your phone, which is good, but I couldn’t even transfer music files to my phone With it. It was easier just to plug in a USB into the phone and use the Files app that’s already on every iPhone

New app doesn’t work
I had the old SANDISK app and it worked for years with zero issues. You force everyone to use this new app and now my drives will not work at all even brand new drives. I’ve gone from a reliable way to back up my phone to paper weights. This app is terrible and I am reconsidering my use of any SANDISK products because of the way you’ve handled this forced upgrade to a worse app.

Easy to use. Can create different folders for better organization.
CAUTION - DOES NOT SUPPORT iOS FOLDERS (Only Files)!!!!!
Does NOT support copying/duplication of iOS folders (only iOS files on mass)!
This means that if you want to organise the iOS files intended to be copied across to a Sandisk memory device, you MUST MANUALLY CREATE INDIVIDUAL folders in Sandisk separately for the file organisation of the respective files!
Waisted close to $200 for a 256 Gb Sandisk Phone Drive that does not function like most other PC -> external
memory device.
Also, you cannot contact their Australian help number or use their Australian chat help as it is always outside of business hours (even when it is not)!
Save your money and find a more suitable method before spending money on Phone Drives!

How do i really delete my files…
When i put my pics to the sandisk it asked if i wanna delete them from my phone. I deleted 180 VIDEOS, and not even a GB appeared free in my photo gallery. So 180 videos deleted by this app, but no space was actually cleared, what do i do? It’s crazy, where are those 24gb of videos that are showing in the app, if i only have 12gb of all the pics and videos. HOW DO I DELETE IT FULLY

Copies photos from iPad Air (M4) to SanDisk
I had previously used a SanDisk with different connection ports on a much older iPadAir2. My new Type-C to Type-A works similarly.
