Easy to use, great user interface.
The distinction between what is on your phone and what is on your flash drive is easy to see and the transfer between is very intuitive and clear.

Hate this app, unable to save Live Photos or view Live Photos unlike the ixpand app used to do.

The drive seems to take off by itself and removes all pictures.
This doesn’t free up storage
I got this because my phone has no storage and I wanted to free some up. It got a flash drive with 128 GB. For starters, I needed to download this app to use the drive. When ever I would transfer stuff to said drive using the app, I would never get the option to delete the stuff I had transferred. It’d only give me the option to look at stuff that was transferred, and the stuff it skipped. There is not spot in said app (that I could find at least) that would have everything that’s transferred to the drive that I can use to delete off of my phone. I thought this would be an easy fix to clear up more storage. Nope! I couldn’t find anything else online that would show how to delete stuff except for after you transferred stuff. It never gave me the option so oh well I guess 😒

May need to get another, when I saw it I knew their was potential
The issues I've seen thus far with the disk drive, u can't plug in to the tower without some adapter, the second is for some reason the drive won't plug smoothly into me android. I'm really bad a remembering passwords and with phishermen I was looking for a quick plug and play.

Terrible! Bring back the old ixpand drive app
This app is extremely limited. It doesn’t let you explore through all folders and files in your flash drive (like the old ixpand drive app would). It’s just a dumbed down version only to backup media files to/from the flash drive. Too bad.

I bought this product to get photos off of my old dinosaur laptop that can’t even get online anymore.
It’s serving it purpose well with little effort in transferring files.
However in trying to text directly from the app it is very laggy & I’ve had to close it out & restart several times.
Would I buy it again… absolutely!! I thought I was going to be stuck rescanning all of my old photos into my newer pc. Grateful I’m not. But it is a bit annoying though.

Easy app
I love being able to take photos off of my phone and put them on my USB. This app is a great upgrade from the last one. I like the ease of the interface and set up style
