Refund not received - Worst experience ever!
Worst experience ever! I cancelled my order, but I still haven’t received my refund. I requested that the refund be credited back to my original payment method, but it has still not been processed. Despite repeated follow-ups, customer support has failed to resolve my issue. This has been extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

You guys are scammers, I had placed my order it’s been more than 10 days I have mailed countless times but didn’t got any genuine response nor I’m getting refund now you guys aren’t even replying now I m going to take further actions and escalate the matter and file complaint to national consumer NCH and e daakhil consumer complaint portal i also had all the proof to file case against you

Fake selling and making customers fool
They just earning money through fake promotions only and they never deliver their products and not giving my refund i ordered on april 30 now its july and i didn’t receive my order and refund anything

I placed an order with Sanfe for the first time on June 8th, but I neither received the product nor got a refund. I wasn't aware that your service was so slow, and I haven't received any customer support from Sanfe either. I’m totally dissatisfied with this app and its service.

They are fraud, firstly book and make payment after that they didn’t deliver it after many mails they said we cancel-your order and money wil credit in snafe wallet thats means your money not your now because product they don’t deliver and money in wallet so be aware this type of fraud

Worst shopping experience ever. My order was delivered almost a month after I placed it, even though I had repeatedly requested cancellation through email and was assured it would be cancelled. Instead, they shipped it anyway—and the order was incomplete. I ordered two de-tan products but received only one. There is no proper customer support, no helpline, and no easy return option. Extremely disappointing service. Would not recommend.

I didn't like the site at all.
I ordered a product on May 6th, but I still haven't received it. I made a huge mistake by trusting this site. I urge everyone not to trust it.
