يختصر عليك الوقت واللف والدوران على حسابات ضيافة و هدايا و كل شي واضح مع السعر و فيه تنوع حلو و التوصيل لعندك بكل سهولة بدون رسوم مخفية

Bad experience
The problem is from the delivery company. I ordered the cake on 26 Jan and choose to deliver it on 29 Jan between (3:00pm-5:00pm). But it arrived late, and when I talked to santra they told me they are going to deliver it the next day!!!! (It’s a gift) and I choose the delivery date and pay for it. at least you should tell me one day ago not on the same day. However, I talked to the delivery man he was so sweet and he helped me, he sends another man from the company but I should pay for it, and it arrived so late. This was my first time to use santra app and I was so excited but I got very disappointed.

Very bad application, I do not recommend it. Customer service is very bad.

The preparation was very bad 0 i have received the order for a different location after they said they’re unable to deliver it there and four hours late of the estimated time and every time i was calling the customer service they will un honest with the information are providing !! SO BAD EXPERIENCE it will be the first and last time !!!

App isn’t working
It’s 2/2/24 - I run iOS 17.3. If I try to open the app it directly opens settings - not sure why. Also if I close the settings and go back to the app it’s like greyed out with no display. I basically cannot access the app.
Not working
I downloaded the app but it’s not working each time it takes me to the phone settings but nothing to do !!
