Doesn’t get connected post authentication

Doesn’t provide a ton of functionality. Updates consistently cause issues to users ability to use the app. Functionality often doesn’t work. It’s like it was released without being tested. Very poorly done by SAP

Diese App erfüllt nicht den Zweck und Nutzen einer mobilen Version!
Bei jedem App-Update verfallen die Credentials und man muss das Gerät erneut authentifizieren, am PC!
Blöd, wenn man den dann nicht dabei hat, wenn man mal ein paar Tage unterwegs ist und das kleine mobile Büro (Tablet/Handy) eigentlich für alles andere ausreicht.
Einzige Möglichkeit ist, den automatischen Updateprozess auszuschalten, aus Sicherheitsgründen aber sehr zu hinterfragen!!!

Get punchout working
I feel this app is only useful for receiving and non catalog ordering. Receiving is slow due to pictures not uploading fast. I have found it takes 20 to 60 seconds to capture a picture of a packing slip.
Also a mobile ordering app should build in the largest benefit which is mobile ordering via catalogs. Get that working please.

Hi Crow-horn, The app supports catalog buying. Also, the app does not support scanning for receiving. However, can you pls log a support ticket with your concerns. Our product team will look into it.
App will not work- white screen
After using the code to sign in, is brings me to a spinning circle and once that’s completed the screen just turns white. It says on the computer that I’m activated but on the phone there’s nothing.

I am using v4.7.3 the app was configured and was working, it stopped working suddenly (showing "There was an error loading the app. Contact SAP Ariba support.") many other colleagues do report similar and sporadic issues. SAP support claims that there is no issue with the app - however I cannot proceed. I tried with Wifi and Mobile data connection - connectivity to the web is not the problem, all other apps do work. Installation of app again and again might work but is not a proper solution approach from end user perspective. Bad mobile user experience!

Not working again
Periodically stops functioning. Freezes after opening.
App constantly will not work
App constantly will not work. Can’t depend on it anymore.
Unstable
My employer uses this app. It has too many hiccups to have been in existence for seventeen years. I constantly have to reconnect to my company’s purchasing and buying system. It is marketed as a convenient solution for approving orders while out of the office. However, it does not always function well. I might as well carry my work laptop with me to prepare and approve orders.

Riddled with bugs with every update
It seems like every update causes a problem.
Every time there is one I have trouble opening and logging in. The latest (4 days ago) was installed and not is just sits on the SAP screen frozen
This makes it impossible to get work done while traveling.
It is happening too often. Please QC your work before you push it to the users of your software

Wieder nicht nutzbar weil es bald eine neue Version geben soll
Ich bekomme langsam eine Krise mit dieser App. Jedes Mal wenn ich sie brauche nur ein weißer Bildschirm mir der Meldung „Diese Anwendung ist aufgrund einer Upgrade-Aktivität nicht verfügbar. Die Aktualisierte Version ist bald verfügbar im App-Store.) Und dann gibt es wochenlang kein Update. Auch ein löschen und neu installieren bringt nichts.

Able not working since Apple update!
Horrible app
This app is an ignorant app that helps us approve purchases faster. However this app is not up to par because it constantly crashes. You have to always delete it then redownload it. For as important as it is, this app should be far more reliable. Very disappointing. I’m recommending my company to replace this company and their app because it’s trash.

This message has been there for several months when I open the app. It was just updated 2 days ago and still has the message. I uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.
