I need this for 2FA on my Ariba account. It won’t accept my password, and won’t let me disable the password, so I can’t log in to my accounts. Ridiculous.

Can someone fix this absolute dogs dinner of an application. Who’s bright idea was to pay SAP to create this app rather than using google authenticators app 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️
Crashing again
Awful app, constantly crashes and needs to be reinstalled. Here I am again under to log hours or book holiday due to this piece of garbage

Again having had everything reset last week Authenticator does not work so cannot connect to SAP systems. This is poor service poor apps poor testing - poor company. Please get yourself sorted.

I keep getting disconnected, takes me a few days to get deactivated from the Site that is been used, this is frustrating and not helpful at all.

I updated my app yesterday, 7/17, and the app still does not open. This is going on over a week now. When is it going to be resolved??
Latest update whipped out credentials
First, it crashed until I updated. Now it asks for my pin/pwd. Once I enter it, I get blank screen. How is it possible to break such a dead simple application?

Absolute Garbage!
Use Microsoft Authenticator or any of the more mature products for MFA options with your authentication experience. This offering is nothing more than a vendor being in over its head with the product the worst Authenticator available.
