Hotel rate not showing correctly
Hotel rates would show within policy and then when you click through, it ends being a higher rate out of policy.

Workflow
It has been a very frustrating experience using this app especially when managing expenses and creating expense reports. Examples, expenses are always sorted by the system in newest expense on the top when adding the available expenses to the report. Workflow requires that we must submit the oldest expenses first. So this issue of how expenses are sorted appears in wrong sort order through out the system. Also the mobile app does not allow the receipt image to be added.

Why does everything require so many useless steps

The app is still absolute trash 7 years later. It still takes more than 30 minutes to complete 1 expense while have a phone, tablet and computer open to complete 1 task. Pure insanity. Who gets paid to create such a terrible product.
It takes me about 35-40 minutes to complete 1 expense. Basically monthly expenses take 1 entire day. I just don’t understand why so many steps have to cancelled and you have to go back and redo the same things over and over. And Heaven forbid you swipe left or right while entering in dozen of names, because they will wiped completely and need to be re-entered. It’s just an absolute nightmare to use.

Terrible application always glitching
This application is horrific!
Picture receipt upload/ business purpose
Picture upload over receipts is required. Only one picture at a time after updates makes it timely to do expense report also have to manually enter business purpose for each expense. It seems like after several updates the app is going only backwards and making harder to do expenses.
