Good morning to everyone. SAP is a very clean and resourceful app that allows us to keep track of our expense in an orderly fashion. Now I can say, the approval time for my expense reports and the time for those reports to return back to me are out of whack. I’ve waited almost 3 weeks for a report to be returned back to me!!! Why!???? Other than that hiccup, this app is great, and would recommend to other businesses to use.

Expenselt does not work
Expenselt used to be the best feature in this app but it has stopped working in the last update:(
Crashes constantly
Constant bug issues, won’t let you “click” on the actual choices, such as the “submit” button, tells me that I have forgotten to attach receipts every single time even though there’s always a receipt attached, crashes not only itself but I swear it causes my phone to have issues after using the app even when I’ve fully closed it….this app needs serious work but with 1.1 million positive reviews and the fact that SAP is as big as it is, I’m extremely doubtful that anything will be improved. Welcome to the digital age….

PDF upload file receipts DO NOT WORK
The app errors when trying to upload pdf file receipts with

The selected PDF is either corrupted or password-protected and cannot be uploaded.
The pdf file is a couple of hundred KB in size.
This causes so much head ache and work around to convert pdf to images and moving between mobile device and laptop when pdf file upload should be supported by this app seamlessly as it does on the concur website.
This is affecting many users across the globe, and would offer huge improvement to end users
Can this issue be fixed on the app as a matter of urgency?

Why can’t you fix this?
Why can you not fix the error that prevents you from marking an expense as a card transaction before the charge posts??? It’s been previously reported so many times. You update the app and move stuff around and make it look pretty but you can’t find the functionality.
Update not working.
Every time I open the app now it says I need to update to the latest version but in the App Store it doesn’t allow me to update it all and just says open the app. Please fix this quickly. Love using the app otherwise
New update has bugs
Love the app, works great but after the new update you can’t upload a file (pdf) receipt. I’m sure it will be addressed soon.

Excellent tool for accurate expenses report
Cannot Create Expense Report
I cannot create an expense report on the app due to “special characters not allowed” error on the first page of the expense report creation tool. After looking into it, this seems to have been an issue since at least 2024. Having to create the report on the web version makes this completely useless, fix this.

Development towards degradation
The mission of the developers of this app is to continue to make the mobile and web interfaces clunky and time consuming for the user. Capturing receipt photos used to be a quick process via the mobile app. Now we are limited to 10 recipes at a time without auto capture. It is 50/50 whether or not the photos upload, the cool part is needing to exit your expense report and constant browser refreshes to confirm the upload. The developers seem to find the need to rebuild the interface every year or so to justify their existence, and it hasn’t once seemed for the better. I don’t think they understand that most users want to spend as little time as possible interacting with this software, not the other way around. This app isn’t managing the national archives or anything, it doesn’t need all the bloat. Keep it simple, do better.

O app me ajuda muito nas prestações de contas mas, não é possível ou pelo menos não encontrei (neste caso seria uma interface ruim do app) como anexo mais de uma imagem na mesma prestação de contas. Também não é possível juntar duas imagens que estão na aba “Despesas” em uma mesma despesa. Seria muito satisfatório se pudessem rever essa funcionalidade. Grato

Mileage Problems
I wish I wouldn’t have to redownload this all the time because I have to use it for work. It works great but it consistently has issues recording my mileage expenses. It’s a pain.
Concur is awful
This is the worst business app that I deal with on a regular basis. Booking travel sucks, doing expense reports sucks. This app sucks

Mileage tracker / flight filters
For expenses, it’s fine and works well. They don’t seem to have the mileage tracker bugs fixed. It drops trips all the time you have to check it and make sure it’s right. Not a time saver it’s a time sucker. The reset button when you are trying to book flights doesn’t work. It keeps going back to a default. Super annoying.
