Hotel rate not showing correctly
Hotel rates would show within policy and then when you click through, it ends being a higher rate out of policy.

Workflow
It has been a very frustrating experience using this app especially when managing expenses and creating expense reports. Examples, expenses are always sorted by the system in newest expense on the top when adding the available expenses to the report. Workflow requires that we must submit the oldest expenses first. So this issue of how expenses are sorted appears in wrong sort order through out the system. Also the mobile app does not allow the receipt image to be added.

Why does everything require so many useless steps

The app is still absolute trash 7 years later. It still takes more than 30 minutes to complete 1 expense while have a phone, tablet and computer open to complete 1 task. Pure insanity. Who gets paid to create such a terrible product.
It takes me about 35-40 minutes to complete 1 expense. Basically monthly expenses take 1 entire day. I just don’t understand why so many steps have to cancelled and you have to go back and redo the same things over and over. And Heaven forbid you swipe left or right while entering in dozen of names, because they will wiped completely and need to be re-entered. It’s just an absolute nightmare to use.

Terrible application always glitching
This application is horrific!
Picture receipt upload/ business purpose
Picture upload over receipts is required. Only one picture at a time after updates makes it timely to do expense report also have to manually enter business purpose for each expense. It seems like after several updates the app is going only backwards and making harder to do expenses.
AI
The AI part is annoying. It rejects for anything .
Not happy with how mileage expense report works
Honestly not happy how the app works. I have tried atleast 10times to make a mileage report but doesn't allow me post more than 2 days of mileages expense.

Had to move to the website since the update makes you have to always use the newest IOS.
Wish I didn’t have to use it!
This app is unable to handle basic receipt to transaction matching so I have to waste time every month fixing the errors.

The app frequently crashes when processing or viewing PDF files from receipts. The app also does not consistently allow importing receipts PDF files from other apps (e.g., hotel, airline, or car rental apps). Poor integration with automatic receipt processing from linked corporate credit card providers.

So many issues
This app had numerous issues. After years several of them have been resolved. Burn still there’s a lot to work on.
Uploading receipts when the app isn’t opened doesn’t. Work
Itemizing date you need to click twice on the start date otherwise what you think would be the start date is the end date.
Expenselt that worked pretty good before SAP took over is not completely gone. The only option is manual expense.
And there’s more. Mint yet now the wasters their time on putting a “you’re all set” screen upon starting up that changes to the actual unfinished report. Why water your time on useless

App sucks
Tedious and for computer nerds that love to spend time on bulls hit apps like this one.
Broken
What ever updates you have done since April have ruined this app. It used to auto place the credit card expenses into the reports you created for the month and match them up with the receipt photos you uploaded and created an expense for now it does none of that. You have to now find the expense and move it into the report and now search through your receipts to match the photos. Got back to the way how the app worked before April. Worst expense app now out there.

This is by far the most unreliable and problematic app I have to use.
It crashes out all the time and I constantly have to reload it.
If you’re using it to track mileage, be prepared for it to stop tracking at random during any point of your trip.

Worthless for expenses
Unbelievably frustrating
About as user friendly as a sponge made of razor blades
The number of button clicks to do a simple process is beyond belief. This application is clearly designed by a group of individuals that’s never had to actually submit expenses or book trips on their own accord while on the road.
Much Improved with AI
My expense reporting has been made much more user friendly by the continued improvements added to the Concur app and the addition of AI to itemize hotel receipts is a much needed addition. Keep up the good work.
Valuable features removed
This app has always been difficult to use but now it’s even less useful since the scans don’t pick up the charge amount.
Stuck in upgrade loop
V 10.33.0 installed and now the app is stuck in an update loop and will not open. Typical SAP upgrade experience, ruining an otherwise fine experience.
