Receipts not loading
It’s frustrating when you load many many receipts and they do not directly download into the expense report. Makes extra work.

Stop “Fixing” It!
Every time they update the app I see zero improved functionality and the usually break a couple things that used to work. How can that be? Latest patch messed up the route tool for personal car mileage. Used to be able to calculate route now it just shows add receipt. Fire all your software developers and save the payroll. Last fix they got rid of the ability to be able to upload multiple photos to a single receipt - it always makes two receipts. Why keep breaking things??? I really hate this app. No choice - my company uses it so I’m stuck.

Expense Type no longer works
I don’t know what you guys did lately but expense type category no longer works. I can only pick individual meals and nothing else

With this recent update, the mileage option has disappeared and I’m unable to enter. When will there be a fix for this?

This used to be a fantastic app until it completely stopped uploading receipts. It is the only function I need from the app and it has stopped working.

Still can’t log in!
After months and months SAP still hasn’t made the mobile app login process easier. Everytime I try to login with the Authenticator code it gets rejected. Only way I’ve found to login to this inferior program is on a desktop with a link emailed to me. DONT USE THIS PRODUCT if you can help it.

Mileage doesn’t appear half the time
Trying to enter mileage I constantly have to close the app and restart it to get it to show the add mileage button. The buttons when scrolling don’t always scroll so I can’t hit add to report. Overall app is pretty buggy.
Missing Favorites
The mobile app has become my go-to for uploading receipts. However, I go to the web browser to finish because I can save favorite allocations there.
Latest update 👎
Latest up date will not allow to map your mileage. It wants you to add receipt where you would normally add the directions to figure out mileage.
Latest version introduced bugs
The latest version has removed the ability to see, select or enter a vehicle id for mileage claims. No way within the app to report the fault directly.

You’re not getting the option to put your mileage claim in since the new update.
New ai slows expenses payments
Their new ai feature makes getting paid for expenses crushing slow and time consuming, very bad system, an insulting waste of time

App requires an update and sends you to the App Store. No update just an option to open the app and again and again and again!!!!
