Paid on the app; still got a ticket
The system doesn’t work. Paid for 2 hours parking and still got a $50 ticket. Now I need to waste time going to court to dispute the ticket.
Unable to add vehicle
Downloaded the app to avoid going to the meter in the morning. On an iPhone, it didn’t allow me to add a vehicle. I closed and re-opened the app a few times. No luck. Deleted app, walked out to the meter.
Doesn’t work
Asks for a vehicle and that’s as far as you get in the app. Was unable to park
Pésima, me cobró de más.
Pague por una hora de estacionamiento, pero quise extender el tiempo una hora más, realicé el pago y me marcó error la app y no aumentó la hora, pero si me la cobró. Escribí al soporte y solo es una chat automático y no ha atención con el personal. Nunca me contactaron para apoyarme.

Great when it works, which is 50% at a time
It’s really a great convenient app but payment failure happens commonly even though I tried three different cards
Not good
It was working good for a while, but then I try to change my credit card payment method and it doesn’t allow me to do that. It kept on declining my card and now the app doesn’t let me delete my profile. Also, I am getting the SA park code all late 15 minutes later. SMH
Does not work on iPho e
Does not seem to work on iPhone. On the screen where I am asked to type in the lot #, the keypad covers the entry window and Enter button.
Confusing
I am unable to use this app. I wanted to find a parking lot near where I'm going, but this app doesn't help. I don't know the lot or zone names or numbers, and I don't go downtown often.
Very convenient
Very convenient way to park in the city. The one improvement would be response time on the text verification that took a bit of time so I went with the email and that was fine.
Waste of time
It takes 12 minutes to download and set up the app after it's done rejecting your payment methods and inserting other people's license plates into your account. I'd rather pay the civil servants of my city $50 in parking tickets every other day than let this app fondle my $1.80

One of the stupidest apps with so many bugs on it! Not convenient for anyone

Zero privacy
Read the privacy policy, you’ll understand why the app provides zero info here. This is the most intrusive app I have ever seen anywhere and, professionally, I have examined privacy policies of many hundreds of apps. This is really police state level surveillance! No exaggeration.!You use this you allow them to get your personally identifiable info, including stuff I’ve never seen any organization, including Google or a Facebook app require you to let them have. And from sources no other app has the gall to ask you to allow. You have a police record? They want to ask DPS if you do, and they and can share that info with outfits that have no legitimate use for it. Amazing! Shame, shame, shame.

Needs fixing
I used this app yesterday and when the time expired, it would not let me increase the time. However, it let me start a new session as if it was the first time I had parked there. Does not make sense to me.
Zones?
One has to know, and enter, Zone Numbers to find parking. Ridiculous app. Hard to use.
Why a separate app instead of just using Passport?
App seems to work well enough, but I dont see why there needs to be a separate app instead of just using the base Passport app. It clearly uses some of the backend from that anyways since my vehicle and payment info loaded automatically from being previously entered in Passport. One star off for inconvenience of having to use a second app when one would’ve worked.
