Instant Sync for my TC-Neos and K9
I love this app and I love how easy it is to use with my Saramonic TC-Neos and K9. I set my frame rate on my cameras, and then launch the system app to sync all my devices in two seconds. Very easy to use..
I’m not quite certain why there’s so many bad reviews. My guess is they did not update the firmware on their device. Once you update the firmware, it makes it very easy to use this app and access a whole lot of cool features.

Written for amateur use
App is rendered useless when it senses one is not in an approved geographical location. In this scenario, app will not even function to allow one to start/stop recording on the K9 transmitters. Silly, to be kind.
App is full of bugs
This app is so full of bugs that it can’t be used properly. Even the sign up process took me an hour to complete because signing up using an email address was almost impossible. A code would be sent to my email and I got only 19 seconds to wait for the email and then type it in. The code expired every single time. And when I finally got an account, I could not add the hardware. Followed all the troubleshooting steps and still it didn’t work. Going to delete this and return the hardware.

Buggy and slow
Numerous updates and it’s still painfully buggy and slow. Manually triggering recordings might sometimes work but rarely does. Updated names of TX don’t show in RX. Levels rarely if ever show in the app.

Would be useful but very buggy
Downloaded this today to use with my new Saramonic K9s. Having lots of trouble. Keep having to reset the Bluetooth on the units and sometimes the app recognizes them correctly and sometimes not. Sometimes there’s an empty “null” radio mic entry there instead of the unit. Sometimes it shows the unit but none of the controls do anything (like click mute, it says the mic is muted but it isn’t). Also things like text appears outside of boundary boxes and things like that. Very disappointing from a company like Saramonic. I can’t use it if I can’t trust it.
