Very lagging and slow
The Miri cares function is nice, convenient to make a report to the council without hassle.
However the app is very slow in loading and always lagging. It has been blank for a while now, I couldn’t use the app at all

Misleading Application name in AppStore and not working.
Dear Mayor of Miri,
Please be informed that the application name is not called Miri Cares as it appeared as Sarawak Smart City in AppStore. It is confusing to the Mirian and I hope your team or yourself should test the app throughly prior to the final launching.
