Finally a great app from Sarawak.. SPay is becoming more and more disappointing..
Terrible apps
Not friendly user for elder people. Too complicated. Already fill in manual form but required to fill in again in apps. Always need to reset password although it is correct. Why even bother to creata an apps

Compared to other malaysian app..its easy to be verified..No idea why theres bad review here..Honestly, would love the developer to consistently continue this effort..agi idup agi ngelaban!

This app is so noob, got no reflection pun kata x ikut step, already tried like more than 5, different angles, with/without light, masih gak sama👎🏼👎🏼whoever create this app, u should improve the coding system on that registration part (the taking IC picture)

Not User Friendly
Very very very difficult to register & always stuck at IC verification. Not user friendly at all especially for seniors like me who is not tech savvy. It’s very frustrating as now I can’t log in into the Lasis app
SAINS should learn to simplify not complicate. Idiot.
Does it makes sense that everytime my staff need to go thru few pages jz to login elasis? 1. Elasis login (password). 2. Fill in corporate email to login corporate account. 3. Request OTP. 4. Keep texting me to make sure I’m looking at my phone. So if I’m in court, things gets delayed. 5. Enter OTP. To LOGIN to my firm account. KISS!!!

very useless!!!just want to pay water bill from troublesome sarawak id.now have to use sarawakpass.then register many times also cannot use.why waste tax money on useless app like this?only to burden people and enrich the developer.

Menyusahkan laaa sebelum app ni wujud senang login SARAWAK ID.Sekarang bnyk error indh gik aieeee ada urusan alu lambat olehnya.
