Fix the app. App isn’t opening since last evening. This is happening quite frequently. Kindly look into this matter.

Nothing is working. Asking to enter a valid customer ID but no option to log in. App only concept itself is bad
Bad experience
I’ve been using this app for a while now, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The main issue I’ve encountered is that the app is extremely slow, often taking a long time to load pages and perform basic tasks. It’s frustrating when you need something quickly, and the app just doesn’t respond in a timely manner.
Additionally, the overall user interface is not very intuitive, making it hard to navigate and find the features I need. It feels clunky and not very well-organized, which makes for a non-convenient user experience.
I really hope the developers work on improving the speed and user-friendliness of the app. Until then, I can’t say I’d recommend it for everyday use.
