Multiple time need to reset setup

Unfortunately, I have to give 2 star even though the hardware is great, but the software is a problem,
1. once you upgrade, there schedule is gone
2. So we have to resort to reset the device.

Hopefully the team, and the company’s have dedicated team to update them.

Barely works

Had to download this to update my plug. It’s pretty bad: there’s no visible close button in accessory screens, gestures don’t do anything, there’s no progress indicator for how the update is going… and it doesn’t even support landscape orientation on iPad. This app really makes the case for forcing HomeKit developers to submit their accessories’ updates to Apple to distribute via Home.

Awful compatibility

Priority is made to their app instead of the apple “home pod”. I moved houses and now my plug will not connect. Tried all solutions online, I guess this is now junk.

Please update and fix it!

I got 6 devices that I use with this App, it’s really disappointing that this App didn’t receive any update in over an year and from the way things are it looks like a dud investment. I wish I had looked at the condition of this App before investing on this brand. Do sum ting Se-ta-cheeeee!

Doesn’t work on new Wifi network

I moved, so now my smart outlet is broken. Makes sense.

No software updates in over one year! It probably isn’t even compatible with iOS 16.

Just an awful app and company

They provide no support and their products do not work with HomeKit. They should not be allowed on the App Store for their misleading statements.

Got ripped off

This app and or devices worked great when I first got them a few years ago but now are useless. Whenever the WiFi disconnects for whatever reason they have to be unplugged and then plugged in again to work. It’s not fun having to move furniture around over and over to unplug and plug in again. Bought four or should I say I wasted over $75.00.

Does it even work

Not entirely sure the app works.

It reads “ not authorized for home access”

No resolution posted online. I must assume it’s the app.

Terrible devices and software integration

I’ve had two of the dual outlet HomeKit devices and constantly have to reset to factory settings and set back up. I bought them for my sons bearded dragon lights so I can automate everything. Unfortunately, I can’t trust them to do their job if we ever went away. Trying to hook them back up to HomeKit is also a project, as it if not connecting the accessory back to the app. Terrible and time consuming!

Garbage software for garbage hardware

Another instance of margins over quality - Satechi has released buggy software for subpar hardware again. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
