Update - Pending Transaction cleared

Update#1- 10/8/2025 I am a legit user of this app . I will provide you guys with an update on how this situation turns out. Today I send $4000 and tried to send $4000 to my other wallet from this app. So far it was been pending for 2 hours when this app works instantly . I have emailed customer support and will update you guys how this situation is handled and it turns out. I hope this isn’t a scam like the other reviews have said before mine .

Update #2-10/9/2025 - My first transaction failed and my $4000 was returned to this Satoshi wallet. I tried sending in smaller increments of $500 and it seems to work like a charm. Thanks guys , this is legit . Good app , 5 stars

1.5k locked in the void

This is not self custody, and i tried making a withdrawal, and it’s not on chain and shows as “pending” in the app for over 10 hours.

I have contacted them and yet to hear back. If this gets solved I will remove my review, but as it stands I have 1.5k being held in some random hot wallet they own.

App interface is straight out of 2012 and I honestly downloaded this drunk thinking it’s a normal app. I do not understand how Apple lets this on their app store, and you must be an ape to think this is real

as we explained in our email your payment got stuck due to routing issues, which can happen in the Lightning network, especially for higher amounts and when the destination node is not well connected. Since then the issue has been resolved, will you correct your review now?

Scam alert

This app is a trap. I transferred in $300 and immediately my account was restricted and I can’t access or transfer out my funds anymore! Really heartbreaking. This should be taken of the App Store

can’t recommend

on the positive side it has a kyc lightning wallet. on the negative side there’s no ability to convert to on chain. the fees aren’t transparent and not disclosed when sending sats. i sent 1M satoshis and got blind sided with a 3300 sat fee that i had no clue they were going to charge.

strike is still the best wallet by far in the US for a lot of reasons. this one has s feature incomplete and the pricing is sketchy.

I believe this app is scam. I sent in 970 dollars now and tried to send out. Never would it go through. I guess it is just a trap app and I am making sure Apple pulls it down. This is insane

You responded that it cleared on my end yet my money is still stuck in your app. You guys are thief and I am talking to Apple already to bring down this app before others fall victim

Payments on the Lightning network do fail sometimes. In such cases, we recommend lowering the amount, which increases the success rate. We believe your transactions completed in the end. It would be fair to correct your review, thanks.
