No option to cancel order
Ordered food that was not going to be ready until the following morning. No ability to cancel the order. Poor support

Very smooth and easy ordering experience. The app feels clean, modern and super simple to use from start to finish. Reordering also takes seconds, everything loads fast and the whole experience just feels effortless. Honestly one of the few food ordering apps that actually makes you want to keep using it.

Easy way to support local.
I get the same food, with the same service (when it comes to delivery), with lower fees, better offers- and not forcing the restaurant to pay huge commissions. There are some features I’d love to see in the app, but until they launch I’ll enjoy everything there already is. A+!

Support sucks
Super outdated app where it’s difficult to see order details (e.g., past order numbers). Support wastes time by first routing you to an AI assistant that is unable to help with anything and then human support is also unreliable. Was told I’d get a refund, never received it, and then the next time I inquired they said I wouldn’t get one.
Also I have no idea how the App Store says 5 stars when I’m seeing countless 1 star reviews here but ok.

Amazing app for supporting local restaurants
I like how they have very straightforward pricing while I can support local restaurants to keep more margin on their own!
Useless Support
I placed an order on a restaurants website and the confirmation brought up Reorder to track the order. Their estimated pickup was over 3 hours later and after the restaurant closed. I contacted support and they said they couldn’t get a status, the restaurant would t answer their calls, and couldn’t cancel the order without restaurant approval. I called the restaurant and they answered on the 2nd ring. My food was ready at the initial estimate time through their website.
This company only caused problems. Just 100% incompetence. The best thing they could have done was stay out of the way.

Best app to order food innn
this app is great love it so good the service is good and the food was warm and exactly what I ordered the food came in like 20 min
Expect cold and inedible food
Ordered pizza and a sandwich from a shop 5 minutes from my house. The driver picked up my food and proceeded to drive around town for 45 minutes before delivering my food cold and soggy. Support has been worthless.

Won’t ever use again
Ordered using Sauce because Google listed it as preferred over DoorDash. Placed a massive lunch order for a house party hours in advance. Called the restaurant 30min prior to pickup, but they never received the order from Sauce and tried restarting and reconnecting to no avail. Asked for a refund and Sauce support agreed to submit a refund request, checked back 3 days later - no refund request was ever submitted.

SAUCE is horrible
The drivers this app employs DO NOT understand English & DO NOT even try to deliver the food to the correct address. My food was left on the concrete ground next to the trash cans for all the NYC rats to enjoy- many times!!! Their customer service will do nothing for you. Do not use this app! Call your local restaurant directly. SAUCE SUCKS!!!

Appalling Service
This app has terrible service. If you’re looking to wait an appalling length of time for your meal, and have the meal sit for 40 mins at the restaurant, then this is the app for you. Placed one order and won’t order from any establishment that uses this app again.
Impossible to login
I was just emailed by Sauce Reorder and asked if I would reconsider my below review.
They tell me major improvements have been made to their app and I should try again.
My response is:
get it right before you release it to the public. Once it doesn’t work, and you have frustrated and wasted peoples time, it’s too late for apologies.
I doubt it’s working better, but even if it is, they’ve already lost me as a customer.
Impossible to create account - the app will not send a code - mo matter how long you wait or how many times you click resend.
No idea either of payment forms accepted - no place to see that info. Do they accept paypal?
Not worth the wasted time just trying to login.

Prices higher than at restaurants
The prices in the app are higher than in the restaurants. Don’t use it. Call or just order at the restaurant if they don’t have their own app.

What’s to say about an app that fails during setup?
It asks me to enter my phone number, which I did. And then the keyboard remains visible and there’s no way to hit send or OK or whatever to actually enter the phone number.

The App doesn’t work!
You cannot log in, as the code sent to you cannot be typed. The stupidiest app ever!!!
