Good food, poor delivery

Food from Nom Nam was great, but delivery was significantly delayed. When tracking order I could see that the delivery person hadn’t moved from their original spot and when I chatted with support they tried to blame the restaurant for the delay. They need better delivery services.

Your 88 minute Delivery is 33 minutes early!

I ordered pizza from a pizzeria 0.8 miles from my home. (I was prevented from leaving the house due to elder care duties.) It took their courier 88 minutes from the confirmation text to get to my house 4 and a half blocks away. The app kept moving the delivery window back to make it appear timely or prompt, as though I would forget the 8:37pm order confirmation text. An hour and a half, on a Monday night for cold pizza. When it arrived, because they altered the delivery window, I get a cheerful: “Your order is 33 minutes early!” They should shut down the app until they have more couriers perhaps.

Will my food show up? Who knows?

I order through this app or its website almost once a month. Half of my order history is missing.

When I click the "view receipt" link in my email, it takes me to the restaurant's site in the app and not my receipt.

There is no order tracking capability or updates.
I never know when my food will arrive, or if it's even still coming... or anything. Of all the food ordering apps, this is the worst.

No option to cancel order

Ordered food that was not going to be ready until the following morning. No ability to cancel the order. Poor support

One of the smoothest food ordering apps I’ve used

Very smooth and easy ordering experience. The app feels clean, modern and super simple to use from start to finish. Reordering also takes seconds, everything loads fast and the whole experience just feels effortless. Honestly one of the few food ordering apps that actually makes you want to keep using it.
