مشكله أمنية
اكثر من مره اطلب من كيان ، اتفاجئ ان السيارة مختلفة عن اللي في كيان ، وتسأل السواق ليه يقولك السيارة اللي في كيان عطلانه ، لو يكون فيه تأكيد باستخدام نفس السيارة المسجله في كيان

It was good experience the ride came up on exact time or correct location and car was in good condition and driver was well mannered.

كان عندي مشوار مهم قال درايفر بالغاء بعد مرور ٧ دقايق بدون تعويض او شي وتسبب بتاخيري اوبر مستحيل يلغي طلبك

Poor CC and unreliable service
My latest experience with this app was very disappointing. I waited for about ten minutes for the car to arrive, but the driver never showed up, and the fare was still deducted for a ride that never happened. I sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but there has been no response. I have used this app several times, and there are recurring issues. The interface is not user friendly and seems partially translated from Arabic. It is impossible to raise any concern from the ride history since only the customer care number appears. There is no FAQ or live chat for support, and cars often differ from what is shown in the app. Prices are sometimes lower than other apps, but in my opinion the poor experience and lack of support are not worth it

The best experience ever!
I had the best experience with my driver Mohammad. He took me from Alula Winter Garden to Starbuck and had no change for my SAR 100 . I offered to break the SAR 100 in the shop but he refused. He smiled and said I was a guest of his country and it was his pleasure to serve me. He also said, the SAR 15 to spend it on a first poor person I met instead... I was chuffed by his generosity and kindness. This is what I call Saudi hospitality. Thank You 🙏❤️
