This app is completely non functioning.
App won’t load! WTH Sav-Rx! IBEW member…
I would think that with this company being affiliated with the IBEW, they’d strive to provide an app that is fast and easy to navigate for us Union members . But nope, my local Kroger Pharmacy gives better information and services on their app without any issues or frustration. I just downloaded the Sav-Rx app to my phone and I can’t even create an account! Do better Sav-Rx, the IBEW Brotherhood and their dependents are watching you and we will remember your lack of care and attention to the workers and their families when it’s time to change rx drug plan companies and let NECA know how crappy and messy your company and coverage truly is. Get it together! Worst company app ever known to man! Last review was over a year ago and it said the same thing as the other 1 ⭐️app reviews. 😤😤😡

Not useful
You can only see 30 days of history. My RX’s are all 90 days, so there’s no way for me to check on the app to see what refills I might need.
Worst app I’ve ever attempted to use
I only give this one star because zero isn’t an option. Logging in is so problematic that I rarely see the inside of the app. It locks you out on your second attempt to login (using the correct password at that!) and makes you wait 15 minutes to try again. I finally made it in to track my medication delivery. I checked tracking and it sent me to USPS with no way to get back into the app besides doing a force shut down and restart of the app. Absolute garbage.

Slow and outdated
Very slow and outdated. No option to pay account balance inside app.
500 Error EVERY SINGLE TIME
I just want to login once a month to the app or the website to refill this prescription I don’t have to sit on hold on the phone every time I need to refill. But I can’t set up an account on the app because I get a 500 error. When I go to the website and I try to set up a profile, I get a 500 error.when I try to use the quick refill option in the menu, I get a 500 error.

For people that need prescription refills it sure would be nice to have an app that actually worked. Sav-Rx please fix your app.

Not so hot anymore
Ever since the update, I have to sign in every time and there’s ability to use touch or eye to sign in. It’s a pain. Not sure any improvements (if any) are worth it.

Tracking does not work.
Worst app experience i ever had. Once you click on tracking no way to get back to the app without delete the whole app and download again. I hope Sav Rx did not have to pay so much for this worthless app.
Do another update
Tracking doesnt work and there is no add to cart order as shown with the new version screen shots.
Poor App Poor Customer Service
We have been with SavRx for roughly a year. Every time i have tried to renew my prescription through the app it hasnt worked. It has taken multiple attempts to refill my prescription every single time. Customer service calls dont seem to care. They keep saying the doctor hasnt sent it. After it finally showed one of my two prescription were processing they sent me an email saying the doctor never sent either prescription even though it was processing one. Plan on it taking 2-3 weeks and multiple phone calls to get a prescription filled each time. The app, pharmacy and customer service all deserve zero stars

Call it in, App needs improvement
Have been ordering over the phone for a while without incident. Decided to try the app. Fortunately I had a script number so I could set up my account-poor design. Placed two renewals - only received one. Tried to track but like others, it wouldn’t work. Just call the 800 number! This app is awful.
UPDATE: Still never received second script. Called CS and finally spoke with supervisor. They MIGHT have been out of the drug but didn’t bother to notify me. Finally offered to fill my order at local pharmacy. Fortunately I can get mine. Really though-people could die because of this.

Tracking doesn’t work
I can’t track my prescriptions. You click on tracking then Safari attempts to load the site ups-mi.net and nothing happens.
Not sure what’s up
When trying to create a new profile, the app doesn’t let you type anything in. I’ve tried restarting my phone (an iPhone 7s) and also reinstalling the app. Their website also doesn’t let you email customer service without a group number and the website said my group number is wring, which it wasn’t.

Not so easy
I can’t create an account because I don’t have a prescription number. How can I get a prescription without an account?!? Until now I have been using Walgreens but I figure the mail order is cheaper. I don’t see a help section or a contact is anywhere.
Yay for the app!
This is a million times easier than the website. One reviewer criticized having to enter prescription numbers, but you only have to enter one and it links to all of your prescriptions. I don't even know where my member number is, so that made it even easier. Click a couple buttons and place your order. I've been waiting years for this.

Horrible set up process!
So instead of being able to set up a profile by member id number...you have to input prescription numbers? Prescription numbers change all the time, why would someone even think that that’s the best way to set up a profile?
