Zero knowledge, overcharged fee

After paying nearly ₹14,000 for the membership, I expected to receive knowledgeable guidance and meaningful insights on credit cards. Unfortunately, my experience has not met those expectations. The representative I interacted with appeared to have limited knowledge of credit cards and, on multiple occasions, provided information that was inaccurate. I had to point out these inaccuracies and explain the correct information, which was concerning given the nature of the service being offered. I joined with the expectation of learning more about the credit card ecosystem, rewards, benefits, and best practices from qualified professionals. Instead, my interactions raised concerns about the accuracy of the guidance being provided and the overall value of the membership. For a premium membership fee, I expected a higher standard of expertise and support. The level of knowledge demonstrated and the incorrect information shared fell short of what was represented and reasonably expected from such a service.

Useless paid app

I purchased this app with lot of expectations, but at the end, I found that this is totally a useless application. It’s AI feature is totally useless. ChatGPT, deep seek, and Gemini gave much much good answers as compared to this app. I tried a lot of different prompts, but every time it gives the same answer, unable to understand my questions. I am totally disappointed and do not recommend this app to anyone. There should be at least one week refund policy.
This app is even not worth free just fill your phone memory.
I am not able to upload screenshots of its answers otherwise i asked it to let me know witch card i have to use for blinkit it give totally wrong answer and its it give wrong figure about saving.

WORST APP TILL DATE

I purchased the 399 plan with the expectation that SaveSage would genuinely help me manage and optimize my credit cards. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.
To begin with, the app frequently shows "update your details". The user interface is poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I often struggle to find basic options within the app.
I tried using the "Savvy" feature multiple times by giving different prompts, but it never produced any meaningful results. I'm still waiting for insights or recommendations that were promised. Even after granting email access to fetch my cards automatically, the app failed to do so, forcing me to manually enter card numbers.
Several cards also have a major issue where clicking
"Pay Now" leads to an endless loading screen that never resolves. This makes the app frustrating and unreliable.
The cashback offering also feels misleading.
Overall, I am still unable to understand how this app is "smart" or how it helps me find the best card or use my existing cards more effectively. The suggestions provided are generic and already well-known, offering no real value.
For a paid app, this level of functionality and experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend it in its current state.
The development team can reach out to me if they'd like detailed feedback or clarification on these issues.

Downloaded for Cashback, Got ‘Better Luck Next Time’ Instead

I downloaded SaveSage thinking it would help me save money with my credit cards. After paying ₹399 for the subscription, the only thing I successfully saved was a lesson in not paying for random apps again.

This is a paid app with almost zero useful functionality. Instead of recommending cards with actual cashbacks or rewards, the app mostly gives you “Better luck next time” coupons. I didn’t know I paid ₹399 to receive motivational messages about my bad luck.

Honestly, I was expecting:
💳 Smart credit card suggestions
💰 Real cashback deals
📈 Optimization of my spends

What I got instead:
🎟 “Better luck next time”
🤡 A gimmick app experience
📱 UI that looks like it lost its way in 2015

The funniest part is that many other apps do a much better job for FREE, and actually show real cashback opportunities without charging a subscription.

So basically the flow is:
1. Pay ₹399
2. Open the app
3. Get told “Better luck next time”

At this point, SaveSage isn’t a credit card pointer app — it’s a ₹399 life coach teaching you acceptance.

Pro tip: If you want cashback, use literally any other app. If you want someone to tell you “better luck next time”, SaveSage is the premium service for that.

Privacy big issue

I recently downloaded the SevaSage app, and immediately after installation they asked me to upgrade to a paid version, which I did.

However, after upgrading I realized that the app requires full access to my entire email account. This means they can read and view all emails in my inbox, including personal, financial, and confidential communications. Essentially, everything in the email account becomes accessible to them.

If you do not grant them complete email access, they say the app will not function. Alternatively, they suggest creating a separate email ID and forwarding all banking-related emails to that account so they can access them. This raises serious privacy and data security concerns.

Initially, I believed the service would simply track benefits through credit card numbers or transaction summaries, but they clearly stated that they can only calculate benefits if they are given full email access.

Within 10 minutes of realizing this, I contacted the SevaSage team and requested a refund, explaining my privacy concerns. Since then, I have received no proper response to my emails or calls. Instead, I am being given vague excuses and no resolution.

This situation is extremely concerning and gives the impression of unfair practices and possible fraud. I am also surprised that such services are allowed to operate while requesting such intrusive access to users’ personal email accounts.

Useless App

I tried to search for best suggestions for credit card based on my usage but every time end up receiving same information . Seems like the suggestion is always from a few set of options even though you try to get suitable answers as per your requirements but this app doesn't help. Feels like I wasted my money here

Worst credit card app

I recently purchased the ₹399 plan for Savysage after watching their pitch on Shark Tank India where the CEO claimed he has been traveling for years using loyalty points and barely paying for hotels or flights. The pitch was extremely convincing and I will admit I fell for the storytelling and salesmanship.

Unfortunately, the actual product experience has been very disappointing.

Apart from basic credit card bill tracking, the app offers almost no meaningful value. There is no real time guidance on optimizing cards, no proactive alerts for reward maximization and no actionable strategies like the ones highlighted in the pitch. Customer support is practically non existent, just a slow AI chatbot Savvy that takes forever to respond and often gives generic answers.

If the core promise is optimizing credit cards, then the app falls far short. It feels more like a simple card management tool rather than a smart optimization platform.

Ironically, apps like CRED currently provide a smoother experience. At least they offer usable rewards and a polished interface without charging upfront for limited functionality.

Overall, the marketing sets very high expectations but the product does not deliver on them. Unless major improvements are made in real support, actionable insights and tangible benefits, the paid plan does not feel worth the money.

App not opening

It’s been few weeks app never opening it got stuck in the opening page without any options very strange and no option to come out or escalate

Overpriced, Limited Free Features & Buggy Experience

I downloaded SaveSage expecting a helpful tool to manage and optimize my credit card rewards, but the overall experience was disappointing.

Almost everything inside the app is locked behind a paid subscription, and the subscription cost feels quite high for the value it provides. Most of the information and tips available in the app can easily be found online for free with a little research.

The user interface is also not very user-friendly. Navigation feels confusing at times, and it takes effort to understand where things are. On top of that, I experienced a few bugs while using the app, which made the experience even more frustrating.

The idea behind the app is good, but the execution needs improvement. A more reasonable pricing model, better UI design, and fixing technical issues would make it much more useful

Overpriced, Poorly Designed, and Deeply Disappointing

I rarely write reviews, but this experience warrants one.

From a product and UX standpoint, the app feels rushed and under-engineered. The UI lacks polish — navigation is unintuitive, key information is buried behind unnecessary steps, and the visual hierarchy is inconsistent. There are noticeable latency issues and occasional glitches during basic interactions, which does not inspire confidence in a financial-oriented app.

From a technical perspective, the value proposition appears thin. The reward optimization logic is neither transparent nor differentiated. There’s no clear explanation of how recommendations are generated, what data is being analyzed, or what methodology is being used. For an app asking users to trust it with sensitive financial context, this lack of clarity is concerning.

The biggest issue, however, is the business model. Charging users upfront before they can evaluate the actual depth of insights feels misaligned. There is little demonstrable value to justify the fee. It gives the impression that monetization is prioritized over genuine customer benefit.

If you are asking customers to pay upfront, the service must be exceptional — seamless UX, intelligent analytics, transparent algorithms, and meaningful financial optimization. This app currently does not meet that bar.

I would strongly recommend the team revisit:
• UI/UX consistency and navigation flow
• Transparency around recommendation logic
• Clear demonstration of measurable value before charging users
• A trial model instead of upfront payment

At its current state, it does not justify the cost.

Worst app

I bought the yearly subscription after seeing the shark tank but this app is completely useless and they are scamming people. I want my refund.
Don’t fall in the trap of the shark tank episode.
Don’t waste your money in the subscription.

Not useful

This application is not useful at all. The data shown inside the app is not accurate and it does not match with my actual credit card details. There are also very limited features available—only basic credit card and credit score information, which is already available in many trusted apps. Overall, the experience is very poor. I do not recommend this app.

At first, I thought people were giving negative reviews just because of jealousy or personal dislike, and I believed this app might actually be useful. But after using it myself, I realized the reviews were correct. This app is not useful at all. The information shown is not accurate and does not match my real credit card details. There are very limited features, and overall it feels like a waste of money. My money got wasted too. I do not recommend this app.

Misleading Membership Charges for No Real Service

I was charged an amount under the name of a “membership,” but after paying, the service turned out to be completely useless. There was no meaningful support or value provided for what I was charged. This feels misleading and unfair to customers. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before making any payment.

Disappointing Experience - Not Worth the Paid Plan

I purchased the ₹399 plan with the expectation that SaveSage would genuinely help me manage and optimize my credit cards. Unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing.

To begin with, the app frequently shows “update your details” even though my first and last name are entered correctly. The user interface is poorly designed and not intuitive at all. I often struggle to find basic options within the app.

I tried using the “Savvy” feature multiple times by giving different prompts, but it never produced any meaningful results. I’m still waiting for insights or recommendations that were promised. Even after granting email access to fetch my cards automatically, the app failed to do so, forcing me to manually enter card numbers.

Several cards also have a major issue where clicking “Pay Now” leads to an endless loading screen that never resolves. This makes the app frustrating and unreliable.

The cashback offering also feels misleading. I was charged ₹400 and received ₹100 as cashback, which is essentially my own money being returned, it feels more like a gimmick than a real benefit.

Overall, I am still unable to understand how this app is “smart” or how it helps me find the best card or use my existing cards more effectively. The suggestions provided are generic and already well-known, offering no real value.

For a paid app, this level of functionality and experience is unacceptable. I would not recommend it in its current state.

Not worth the price you have paid

Not a good app to invest
1. It only allows syncing with gmail email address. In case if you have other mail boxes, you have to do everything manually if you are not setting up an auto forward from other mailbox to gmail
2. You will have to pay first and then it is coming as a surprise to you. Even if you will highlight this and show your disappointment, they do not have a refund policy
3. For manual tracking, you have to add your card details and the number of reward points as well which is a time consuming activity. If a person is ready to spend that much time, this can also be captured in an excel which is available with an individual, without risking the personal information, without any subscription fee and the features of the card based on the spending can also be available freely on the card t&cs
In short, they are fooling the customers, gaining trust of others by intentionally getting more subscribers without sharing information as most of the users will not subscribe at first place if all the things have been shared prior.

Paid Service not good

I took the elite version to report the app issues , expecting it to resolve. But it doesn’t. You get just 1 session to book for 500/- . But the app needs a lot of work.

The buddy assigned to you lacs the customer service touch. They work in their own hours. Also- Most info is a one time use with lac of automation. Like if I try to update my annual billing cycle- It doesn’t get updated- nor does it automate it. Cred does a better job of at-least pulling this info right. I will rather use perplexity on the go to seek info rather than this. Nobody from the customer care team- I wonder if they have - bothers to reach out even.

Why should I pay for the subscription?

So initially I saw an ad on Instagram about save Sage and I immediately downloaded because it was going to suggest me good credit cards. I guess that’s what the ad said, so I downloaded it and I could not see anything for free. It was just about paying credit card bills for free, so why would I keep this app instead of cred? So, even to know about the features for this app, so I need to pay for the yearly subscription, there is no free trial at all to know what the app is going to offer me, then I stopped using it then after watching it on shark Tank then I again downloaded, then it was the same. There was no changes on the app at all with no added features. every additional features was paid. So giving 1 star.

Inflated MRPs and feeling of being cheated

I am elite subscriber of SAVESAGE club. The mrps of membership is inflated and seems it’s going those brand ways who used to offer huge discount on inflated MRPs. The new membership is even going much less than the price I paid 6 months back. This seems to be cheating to existing customers and which is holding me back to think for renewal. Better go with actual selling price as MRP and keep discount to minimal and realistic. Many features advertised are actually not working as showcased. Keep on adding values else consumers trust gets breached.
The idea of the fintech startup is superb. But after being on subscription I am not finding any new strategy being added.
One small tip, good that you have one RM per subscriber but it’s good to shuffle RM across subscribers so that RM and subscribers both have new things to share and co-learn for execution
