Worst banking app
Honestly, this is one of the most unreliable banking apps I’ve used. Even some non-RBI-approved apps function better than this. Please resolve this issue immediately, or at least provide an alternative way for me to complete my payment without penalty

Fraud
Over the last several months, I made consistent payments — ₹2,000 eleven times — through Google Pay. All transactions were marked as successful. After paying a total of ₹22,000, I expected the balance to be cleared.
However, when I checked the DBS app, I was shocked to see that ₹4,000 was still pending. When I contacted their customer support, they simply told me this is “interest” — without any proper explanation or breakdown. This is completely unfair and misleading.
It feels like they are just trying to extract more and more money from customers without any transparency. The app doesn’t show a clear transaction history or EMI status in a user-friendly way, and the support team offers no real help.
To me, DBS by Bajaj feels like a scam. They trap people in confusing charges and interest, making you feel like you’re never done paying. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from DBS Credit Cards. There are much more reliable and transparent options out there.
Please don’t fall into their trap — it’s mentally exhausting, financially unfair, and emotionally draining.
