Terrible

One of the worst apps backed by one of the worst IT systems amongst Indian banks. As an NRI - app no longer registers and so I am considering shutting all my accounts

After update this app not working.
After update sim binding was not working. I am in overseas SMS was sent but not verified and unable to access APP now .

Seamless

Have been using this for almost a decade now. This was my first ever bank account when I was a college student. It was fully digital then. I’ve never experienced any issues with DBS so far in that journey!
No spams. No cross selling. Privacy friendly. Banking the way it should be.
