Cash back days

Really good application but they need to reduce cash back days

Good initiative but lack of Support

More than 6 months ago i used this app to shop. I didn’t get any cash back. I contacted them & got no response.
Few days back i tried again and still no cash back automatically.
UPDATE : This time i have got a reply to the ticket and got my cash back added 👍🏻.
But if this happen every time than its not worth the effort.

More like a waste of time

They will only give you a cash back on one purchase and then keep you hanging for the rest. And if you reach out to the team, they will just keep asking one thing for ages even if you provide them, like a robot replying to your concerns. Really disappointed.
