I have students in my school aged 9 years old who could make a better app…. One that works
App registration a joke
App crashes. With code needs to be used within 3 minutes, takes 10 minutes to arrive. “Resend code” doesn’t resend, makes new code - when the first code eventually arrives you can’t use it. “Upload” passport image, only photo permitted. Trying to register when I don’t have access to my passport. Absolutely hopeless, wasted more of my day than it should have. Why ask me about my inconff etc on a health declaration? Get stuffed. Deserves 0 star rating.

I’ve tried tried to update this app at least 4 times and it doesn’t work.Also this app seems to be live at all times and opens by itself at odd times,very annoying.

I just don’t understand what the app trying to do. It very unprofessional. It hardly remember ur daily diary and health check.

Peoblem submitting daily report for COVID-19
When I try to submit the daily health report, even know I click on « No symptoms » nothing happens. Also, I cannot scroll to view the submit button. This is on an iPhone 11 Pro (iOS 13.3.1). I have the most updated version of the mobile app.
Drop down menu does not work
The dropdown menu does not work. I can’t select the airport I want because when I click on it nothing happens. Same thing happens when I try to sign up and fill in my title and birthdate
Flight status is not updated
Not all the flight landing are showing up in the flight status area of the app, even when you refresh (swipe down).
And when you save a flight and access the my flights view these flights are never updated. There is no way to update them. The only way to updated them is to delete them and re-add them manually.
Very poor app.
And to make things worse, when at the airport in Suvarnabhumi to pick someone up, you can't easily see the message board because you are kept so far away from the greeting area by security. And the app that should give you more accurate information is just useless.
