What's New in Saying When

1.2

May 13, 2016

This app has been updated by Apple to display the Apple Watch app icon. You can now help others! We’re looking to our users to help us make a greater impact on the lives of people living with addiction and mental health issues by implementing a data donation function. It is 100% anonymous! It will let us know how you are using the app as well as how well you doing on the program. Any information we receive will help us make changes to the app going forward. And we’re going to keep trying to help you. Sometimes you just need a nudge to set your goal or stay within it during the holidays so we set-up a few reminders. But, don’t worry, if you don’t need them you can simply turn them off in your phones’ system Settings (Settings > Notifications > Saying When). Good luck with your goals!

Coming back to this app - would like to see a tracking option when you have zero drinks to show that I am actively saying no drinks today!!! You can track an urge and track a drink but want something to show I had a successful day! Please

Not quite …

Useful. Been using it for nearly 12 months. You get an accurate picture of your drinking. At the moment , the ‘taking stock’ function continues to fail and when this function is selected the app freezes. Annoying. No email support or contact so had to review to see if anybody us at hime to sort. 🙄 Aside from that, it’s a 👍 from me.

Doesn’t work after update

App does not open with update 16.1.

Frustrated

I’ve been using the app for 6 months and really found it helpful but now it seems to have glitched and won’t accept my weekly goal. I deleted it and tried downloading it again. It seems to still not be working and I’ve lost all my data. I’m very frustrated.

Saying when

It is helpful to keep me accountable and to be able to reflect on past weeks
