Ul looks good but it has limited functionality, hopefully, in future updates, developers should include the below functionality to avoid bank visits.
1) Profiles update :
To change your email, phone number or address is not possible through the app.
2) banking options like, change home branch through the app
I am using another bank as well but I am not visiting the branch for a single purpose. In today's time, almost every bank is providing all these services online in its net banking or mobile banking app.. for hassle free banking experience.

Worst service and app
Don’t use you will regret .low grade Customer care service also low grade app .card not working on other platforms. Also for repayment they have single option which is always not worked properly ultimately you need to pay extra charges and penalties. If you wright mail to Customer care will reply you after month . And on call they said sorry they don’t have solution they don’t know even bank process . But after all its your loss cibil goes down . I m suffering with issues so suggest don’t use it .
