After last year, I was not very happy with my account at Sains bank. I transferred my direct deposit to another bank and started getting paid five days earlier. There is very limited. I can deal with this bank after eight or nine months with them. We are doing well and my mind has changed drastically with savings bank. hey mate start using that account again with checks and so on and so forth keep trying you the best work possible.

It worked this morning. Didn’t work this evening. Pretty typical behavior. Getting used to it not working.
Have to delete and reload app quite often
sssuming it’s for security purposes but have often had to start from scratch, deleting the app and reloading it.

Removed biometric sign-in??
In the latest update, SBMC decided to remove the biometric sign-in feature on this app, so no Face ID and no fingerprint ID!
Who on earth thought that it would be a good idea to make banking less accessible to their customers?
They have effectively set their app back several years.
I guess they thought they were too advanced for mendo county and had to make things a bit more of a hassle for us.
The FAQ section still has instructions of how to enable biometric ID but the instructions lead you to a menu that does not contain the option to engage biometrics and said option is nowhere to be found.
Nice job, SBMC. I guess I should find a real bank instead of you guys.

Mobil deposit
Just got the new update to the SBMC app this week and they have completely changed the Mobil deposit photo taking operations of how you take the photo of the front and the back of the checks !! This new update is horrible !! Impossible hard to take a photo of the front and back of your check !! They have automated this process and it’s horrible now !! They automatically turn on the light and take the photo even if you are not ready !! It’s horrible !! Please go back to the old system it worked just fine before !! Horrible update !! Mcb

Need better contrasting color, and I’ve tried to send this several times it requires a nickname, which have all been taken. Why can’t I send it without a nickname.
