服务态度恶心至极，极度不推荐
这可能是我预约银行开户以来遇到过最恶心的体验。
RM接通电话的第一秒就开始用一种极其傲慢、阴阳怪气的语气跟我说话，每句话都带着“你这种人也配来开我们渣打账户？”的高高在上的优越感，恶心程度令人震惊。
全程没有一丝服务意识，完全一副“肯接你电话就是看得起你”的下贱嘴脸，让人听得头皮发麻、反胃至极。
我只是汇丰环球私人银行的一个普通用户，连我都被这种态度恶心到了。
强烈建议大家绕道渣打银行，别去自取其辱。
这服务态度我真的是服了，刷新了我对外资行的认知下限。

Update the design and transfer experience!
Good enough for daily use but could be better if upgraded to newest branding. Also the transfer process is way too complex, could it be done without so much clicking and asking me for an OTP for a giant transfer amount of CNY 100 ?

Terrible app, slow, bad UX
I have to say that this app is THE worst bank app I ever used! It’s slow, give me blank page after loading for minutes and no way back ( have to terminate app and start over ) .

最近出了好多手续，繁琐，操作不了也不知道什么原因。网页版莫名其妙进不去。根本没法用。耽误事啊

慢的要死，小学生水平app
实在太慢 分辨率不native，卡 还要短信登陆。开发的人也不觉得丢脸。奇迹这样的银行还能存活。
Inconsistent and Frustrating
During the past year the app has just about survived. Opening on enough occasions to help get through.
The app has now stopped working on iOS. Continually loads when opened but you can never progress to the log in screen.

This is an iPhone app that becomes very pixelated when using an iPad. Please add landscape iPad support.
