Here’s my email to ‘support’:
To Whom It May Concern:
The South Carolina Education Lottery app is THE WORST APP I have ever used. And that’s not just lotto apps; that’s ANY APP, EVER!
It’s nearly useless.
Try to scan Palmetto Cash 5 tickets, and the app scans the “Q5” quick pick designation at the end of the number string, AND THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE THE ADDITIONAL “Q5.”
If you paid to have this app developed, you should sue for damages.
Additionally, ANY in-app change initiates a new 15- to 30-second ad. Is that any way to treat your customers?
Truly shameful…
In conclusion, the app SUCKS, and makes the South Carolina Education Lottery look third-rate, at best.

Multiple Errors When Downloading App
Two errors when downloading app. “Something went wrong” and “Error while fetching app version”. I have a brand new iPhone 16. Do better!!
