Scaffold Insite

Scaffold Insite is the field app for scaffold crews, supervisors and project owners on industrial sites — refineries, petrochemical plants, energy and heavy construction. IT WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL Fill in a hazard assessment, an inspection, a scaffold tag, a progress report or a requisition anywhere on site. It saves on your phone, tells you it has, and sends itself as soon as you are back in range — you never fill it in twice. Work packs, tags and briefings open from a copy held on the device, so they still read four levels down inside a plant. A bar at the top says what is still waiting to send. SAY IT INSTEAD OF TYPING IT Press SiteScribe, say what you need — "book the day on WP-0901, Aiden and John were 7 to 3" — and the right form opens with what it heard already in the boxes. Thirty-one forms answer to it, in the words a crew actually uses rather than the label printed over the box. It never submits, signs or declares anything: you check what it heard and press the button yourself. SIGN IN AND OUT OF SITE Record attendance with GPS verification against your project's boundary, confirm you are fit for work, and read back your own history. Where a project uses automatic sign-out, the app signs you out when you leave, so your hours stay right without anyone chasing you. MUSTER AND THE EMERGENCY HEADCOUNT Every muster and meeting point on a live map, with your own position and the distance to walk. When a muster is called the alert reaches your phone, and you check in so supervisors know you are accounted for. A headcount is never held back by a bad signal. SAFETY IN THE FIELD Daily safety briefings, toolbox talks signed on the screen, HSE documents, competency evaluations, and PPE, vehicle and equipment inspections with photos attached. Checklists come from your project, so they match what your employer expects. A field-level hazard assessment can be raised, reviewed by a supervisor who finds the ground has changed, and revised without filling the whole form in again. SCAFFOLD TAGS AND A 3D SITE MAP Scan a tag to open it. Raise a new one, run its inspection, and see the project's tags by colour and expiry. The site map draws the scaffolds in 3D, and tapping a pin opens that tag. THE WORK ITSELF Work packs, requisitions, leases and yard inventory. Progress reports can be written as the day goes — open one in the morning, save each part as it happens, file it when the work is done. Messages stay on the requisition or scaffold they are about. TIMESHEETS AND HOURS Read the week, filter and group a crew by supervisor, and send the summary on as a spreadsheet or a printable page, to the share sheet or straight into an email. FOR SUPERVISORS AND OFFICE STAFF Dashboards for attendance, scaffolds, tags, work packs, requisitions, progress reports, timesheets, people and safety, gated by the same permissions as the web app — your account sees what it is entitled to see and nothing else. An account is provided by your employer. There is no public sign-up, and the app is not usable without one.
