Not working at all

Not working, website not working

Very good app for salesman

I hope the developer will maintain this app for a long time, it's already perfect and has helped me a lot in my business and sales.

Paid for unlimited scans but did not upgrade

I paid the monthly fee for unlimited scans but although you took my money, I was still limited to 20 scans. Tried to contact support but no response. I would not recommend.

Errors

This app is the worst. I downloaded it and paid the $8 for extra scans because I had hundreds of inventory items to scan. It took my money but did not apply the upgrade so I was still at 20 free scans, but if I clicked upgrade again it would show I already upgraded. The AI support agent said that my request would be escalated to the human team, and hours later no response still. I hope you enjoy my $8
