Great app and virtual receptionist
I’ve had this app for a while and I love that I get the transcript and summaries for all my calls. I definitely recommended for business teams.
Awful service
I have begged to get some service from an actual human. I still want to end my working relationship with allo and no one will get in touch with me. When I asked the sales person that was guiding me during my free trial about text messaging, he responded in a way that made me believe that I could text message my vendors and guests very easily. This is not the case. Because I can’t use the app effectively, I want to end my business relationship. Yet, no one, NO ONE will help me and I can’t speak with anyone even though I have asked to escalate this situation. I’m so very disappointed with this company and its lack of service.

Custom service is non existent
That App seems to work pretty well, however there is absolutely no customer service. I’ve had a billing issue since I opened my account and some other technical issues. I’ve sent multiple emails and tried with there AI but still in same boat.
Good for small businesses
You get an unlimited AI receptionist which works decent enough. Massive benefit for mely business to answer calls when I am busy. Customer service is very bad though. Hard to talk to a human for any issues.

J’utilise Allo pour ma prospection et mes appels clients. Le numéro en plus, l’enregistrement des appels et leur transcription dans mon CRM (Attio) me simplifient bien la vie. Le fait d’avoir la possibilité d’analyser les appels avec Claude via le MCP est aussi très pratique.
