Amazing app but lacking basic features
The app is mind glowingly good at its job, specifically its ability to make Gaussian splats. It’s really fast and the results are spectacular when you know what you are doing. That said, there are some features I need if I am going to use this app for professional work. The number one this I believe it needs is exposure locking, the splat gets ruined any time there is a bright light because the camera automatically adjust. To see what I mean just try making a splat of a room with a bright window and dark place as well.

Works really well and processes amazingly fast too. Any other app this good would charge $200/year in subscription fees.
What a great app!
I have been playing with big expensive 3D scanners, but in a clutch, I haven’t met an equal to Scaniverse. It’s easy and though it has its limitations, will almost always get you what you need.

Although I have ha the app for some time I only discovered Gaussian splats a few days ago and am very impressed. What I would like see is an option to create custom videos using keyframes.

This app is SICK. I have been showing everyone and anyone this app just how impressive the rendering is, especially how quickly one can create a full room scan for example. The measurement feature is a great help for my use, which is planning my car audio build.
