Cloud option barely works
Scanning to ScanSnap cloud and automatically downloading to Dropbox basically works, but just try to clean up the files… There is no “select all” so one has to click on every single file to mark it for deletion. And then… both Mac and iOS time out complaining about network speed (I’m on Gigabit Ethernet) AFTER EVERY FILE. At most one file is deleted after this. Add endless confirmation dialogs without keyboard shortcuts and you are looking at an hour of work to delete 100 files.

Fujitsu would like to investigate this issue. Please search for “Fujitsu Scanner Contact Number” on Google and contact our Technical Assistance Center. We look forward to hearing from you!
iPad version useless
Cannot log in to ScanSnap Cloud using valid account. Portrait orientation only. iPhone version works but takes nearly one minute to delete a single file.
Once it works, it works
It is complicated to setup. Once it links to the cloud storage, it works. The control level is less sophisticated from the USB connection with the ScanSnap organizer.
A security risk
The service wants full access to my Google Drive. This is a major security risk.
Horrible design
The app and service is an abomination. Fire the team and start over.
Does not work
Does not work, at all. Useless.
Ugly but functional
The main functionally seems to work OK, which is more than some apps. Ugliness takes a star away. :-)
The bare minimum
The app works. It’s hideous, it doesn’t support the X-style screens, and its clunky as hell, but it works.
Not working
Problem uploading. Defective. They need to do a fix ASAP
Complete waste of money
Frequent crashes and loss of data
Auto OCR
Would be great if the app supported automatically OCRing documents in the cloud when scanned so the version posted to cloud storage has it off the bat. Also would be great to define more complex naming rules - I.E. scanned_datetime-parsed_date-parsed_text
Otherwise the app is great. Love the saved (and error) notifications. My scanner lives on the kitchen table and as things are scanned they go practically straight into the shredder once I get notice the document is saved to Dropbox.

Needs iCloud Drive Support
Just set up the app with a few hickups but it seems to run nicely between my iMac and iPhone with drop box.
One thing is missing iCloud Drive support. I'm using Dropbox as the cloud link currently but I'd drop it in a heartbeat for iCloud Drive Support
