They are what we call marketing frauds

Don’t waste your time and effort with these people. They are just here to sell the card. They’ll make their commission by selling different bank credit cards post that you keep begging with them. You keep running behind them. You keep emailing them. You keep trying to resolve your issue, but nothing will happen. And I’m not even talking about the financial problems which you will face that is something which the banks who are issuing the card in the first place will take care of it. They are much more in these things because they understand that it’s a financial service, but these CR team particularly are the worst for the smallest of issue. Also it might take a month for you to get a resolution and these guys just don’t care. They will not even respond. They won’t care. They won’t give you a right direction. They are here just to make their commission by making a sale so they have created a nice UI, they have created a nice marketing gimmick, and they are running a nice set of Ads, which will fool you into taking their cards. Save yourself, go with some other player who is actually more customer centric than these people are because these people are just commission centric.

Very good app for travellers

I have been using this app and the card since last 7-8 months and am nothing short of excited. The team is responsible and has helped to ensure availability and completion of special requests. They call and check with the hotels and call you back as well to let you know the developments.

They have also helped me when the hotel did not during a booking and said that the hotel is under renovation when they actually sold my room to somebody else. The team kept connected me and resolved the issue late at night at 1 am.

Truly appreciate the efforts. From that day onwards I always book through them no matter what.
