No instructions
There simply no way to use this app there are no instructions with regard to how to use the app what the parameters are. Poorly designed not worth the free download.

Frustrated
Worked fine for awhile but now my password no longer works and there’s no way to reset it. Very frustrating. I’ve tried deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing works. I love the device just wish I could control it with the app.
Horrible App!
I cannot even get past setting up my account. I create a password and I keep getting an error message saying it needs to start with a letter and no Chinese characters, but it DID start with a letter. Very frustrating

This app is so badly designed I forgot my password and there’s 0 way to change it it’s terrible and my device stop working and I can’t get WiFi on it

Disappointed
The app forgets the login information. States it cannot find server most times. Overall disappointed in the app. The diffusers worked great but useless without the app.

Worked fine for me
Not sure why so many have written so many bad reviews as the app worked fine for me. I read the directions that came with the diffuser first before trying to use the app and it worked exactly as advertised on both my phone and tablet. I am using Apple devices on iOS.

This App needs a LOT of work, very minimal setting with absolutely no explanation for them.
If an expensive diffuser, looking at you Jcloud, depends on the app to work, don't bother buying it!

App is pretty straight forward. Only thing is when you change the names of the diffusers it does not save
Insufficient timers
The app itself is fairly clunky, but usable, however my primary complaint is that you’re only allowed FIVE timer settings which in my opinion is grossly inadequate. I don’t know if it’s some weird limitation in the hardware that the app controls or if it’s just lame or lazy programming but it really cripples the utility and usefulness of my scent dispenser. For example, I’d like my scent dispenser to run every half hour for five minutes at a stretch during the day and evening hours, and I just can’t do that because of the timer limitation. Very disappointing.

Useless App
No way to get forgotten password. Tried to uninstall and reinstall. No support or assistance to help. So now what…?
Keeps crashing!
It’s been few months that the app keeps crashing after few seconds before letting you change the settings!!!
