Wi-Fi works when it wants to, super disappointed on this aspect of my purchase.
Worked great then stopped
I really wanted this to work. It worked great for about a year and then several months ago it stopped and I’ve tried everything to connect the app and cannot get it to connect to my device. I’ve tried calling the company but they don’t answer and it says their mailbox is full. Please scented vents help me connect my app! This will be my last bottle of scent if I can’t get it fixed. My machine works fine but I cannot schedule without the app. I really want this to work, I loved it when it was working.

Doesn’t Work
Machine works great but the app is a joke. Can’t even get it to send you a verification code. And then if you do get it set up, it will then not let you log in by saying account doesn’t exist or password is wrong. Nope, the app is juts wrong and they don’t seem to care about fixing it.
App will not connect to machine.
Need to make the app and machine talk easier. Tried over and over again.
Can’t connect. Can’t create an account.
Something is wrong. Can’t connect with my previous machine, says my account doesn’t exist. I can’t work my vents. Wonder what the heck is going on. It worked just fine 6 months ago.
