The Aug 10 update does look nice. However the main screen is a design disaster. Why you need to see your own name and HELLO taking up fully 1/3 of the screen all the time is beyond me. The icons for actually doing things are now partially hidden and you have to swipe to get to them. Please hire a new designer and fix it.

Not sure if I like to change, I am no longer able to take a screenshot and print it. This makes me unhappy.

I’d like to see images of cheques deposited online.
I’d like instant deposit for e transfers instead of having to put in a password and deposit them manually.
Every time I open the app To do etransfer I’m asked if I’d like to use the app once or every time. Even if I click every time I’m still asked each time I do a deposit.

Deposit Cheque Needs Work
Would not accept my cheque photos till I pressed Use a number of times. Also the Use is in such a light colour I thought it was greyed out and my photo wasn’t acceptable. So I kept retaking the photos and finally hit Use Use Use Use and photo was accepted. So I did that will all the photos.
So frustration and time wasted 3 stars. And yes still less time than having to go to the building but way more time than other apps.

Needs work
Only have 3 attempts to log in, they give you a number to call then they don’t answer or call back! All other apps give you an option to view your password to ensure it’s correct this app is lacking.

I have used this app to complete TSF, E TSF, pay bills and deposit my Cheques from home. I have had no issue with the app since I downloaded it and highly recommend downloading it. The SCCU has made it easy for me to use when traveling, outside of the SCCU hours and if I move away from the Coast. Proud to call the SCCU my number one FI.

Love it!
I love using the app on my iPhone. It is very convenient and user friendly. You can use it anywhere and I especially love the feature that allows you to deposit cheques from home. Thank you so much for your continuing great service!
