Layout
I liked Shiftboard layout better when it was a regular Sunday-Saturday layout. If you want to put the 2 weekend days together, then use the traditional format of having them at the END of the WEEK it makes more sense visually and is more standard.
Communication
We need access to contact members from other teams especially the team leaders
Not user friendly
I can not figure out how to use the app. Tried the tutorial and it will not load. The app is not user friendly. Looking for shifts to pick up
Not great
Very SLOW to update. If I put a shift on Tradeboard it takes many refreshes to finally show that the time has been put on Tradeboard. It is a very poorly designed app that is a pain to use.
Not working on iPhone 17
I got new iphone 17 to be fast to take shifts , I turn out that you guys are so slow to update the app , this is disappointing…

Shifts on trade board are showing up too late, halfway or towards end of the shift

Crashes every time!
The latest update is horrible and has rendered this app 100% unusable. Help!
Keeps crashing out
When I try to open the app to view my current schedule it keeps crashing and kicking me out of the app! I can’t view my scheduled shifts because of this. Pls fix it!
The app keeps force closing on the iPhone
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still force closing
Time
I can’t get realtime when person clocks in or out. It’s delayed. Also, dependent on internet connection. No net connection then ppl can’t login or out.

I’ll be looking up something for the day I’m looking at it and the app says it’s yesterday sometimes it seems my work is changing Arrival time, but they said they didn’t

I find it too confusing, then again I’m 73 years old and not all that computer savvy, especially when it comes to these kinds of websites.

What a cool app you are able to select what shift you want to work also, you can see where you’re working at and is very flexible. How you recommend it to any company

I love this app. makes signing up for shifts very easy. Very handy when you’re on the go and you need to check if you work a certain day too.
