Server Key
The server key is listed on the website version of schedulesource. I enter it on the app, it does not work then when I put the TW, that server key works but it the login info does not match obviously because it’s not for the company that I work for. It is just overall bad.
New version is great!
The new version fixes a lot of the issues I used to run into and the user interface updates look great!
App is complete garbage
It randomly decided my password won’t work for it anymore and the process to change for forgotten passwords doesent work
Wont let me use the app
Everytime I try to open the app it’s a white blank screen and nothing else will pop up. I’ve tried several times to delete and redownload and it’s always the same outcome.
Needs Support for ios18
Doesn’t support ios18 or work on new iPhone 16 models.

Guys, with the latest update, you have completely brick the app. We don’t see anything in the app once we open, except for blank white screen.

I struggled with this for about 15 minutes and then read it again. The server key is TW. Yep that’s right type in TW
App does not match the website
The app doesn't match the website at all. Because of that, the app it's useless. The app or the website MUST match the other. Otherwise, what's the point of having a website and an app that doesn't look the same at all!

Not getting swap-board notifications
I am not getting notifications about shifts being posted on the swap board. Just when I post a shift or someone directs the shifts to me is when I get notification, but when general shifts are posted to the group I am not getting notification

Had some use until the most recent update.
I used this app primarily to view the schedule for the day and who is working, since I sync my personal calendar for my own shifts. However, the most recent update has rendered that portion of the app useless. When you select "All" to see the schedule for the day you're presented with a blank screen.
Another issue I've worked around for months has been the calendar/date selection. When you tap on a calendar to select a date, you're presented with a blank scroll screen. (It's supposed to allow you to scroll through dates, but there's nothing visible.)
I've managed until now by logging into the web app for the things the app can't do, but now even that isn't working. Essentially this app is useless now, if not to just view *your* own schedule, which can be done by other, more convenient means.
Hoping the developers read these reviews and make some changes.

Very disappointing
When I log in, it defaults to a view that’s not changeable and not helpful. I try to look at the full schedule and the screen goes completely white, with no visible options. No customization. Practically useless.
