Usked is the mobile companion for organizations that schedule service providers — interpreting agencies, staffing offices, and other service teams. If your organization runs on Usked, this app puts your workday in your pocket. Sign in with the same account you use on your organization's Usked site. An account provisioned by your organization is required — the app is not a standalone service. FOR SERVICE PROVIDERS • See your upcoming assignments for the next 90 days, grouped by day • A month calendar with cancellation markers, so changes never sneak past you • Assignment details with times shown in your time zone, the full address with Open in Maps, room, dress code, and notes from the office • Points of contact you can call or email in one tap • Browse posted work, filter by date range and your availability, and place bids from your phone • Complete verification forms your way: fill and sign on screen, take a photo, or upload a file • Build invoices and timesheets as you work, submit them when ready, and view or share the PDF in the app • Request leave and track your balances (staff providers) • Send feedback about an assignment straight to the office FOR REQUESTERS • Create a service request in minutes and track its status from draft to filled • Edit or cancel requests as plans change • Manage your locations, points of contact, and file attachments WORKS THE WAY YOU DO • Switch between multiple accounts or organizations without signing out • Secure token sign-in — your password is never stored on the device • Light and dark themes, and full support for Dynamic Type text sizes Usked is multi-tenant: every organization runs its own Usked site. This app is for customers of ScheduleSource TeamWork. Your organization must have a current account, have requested use of the mobile app, and a release 2023.1 or greater to enable access. The app provides users (employees) of the “Employee Portal” with the following functions (subject to the organization’s configuration): Time Clock Clock in and out via the time clock page. Organizations can enable location based clocking. Shift Functions See their current, future and past shifts. Add and remove their future shifts to the Swapboard. Split and merge their shifts. View other employees’ schedules and contact. Swapboard Functions See available shifts, either shifts with no other employee assigned or ones posted by other employees. Validate available shifts against their employer’s scheduling rules to see if the shift can be claimed by them. Leave Functions View their current, future and past leave requests. Add, cancel or delete their leave requests. Shift Bid Functions View active bids, add/edit/delete preferences, and view assignments and history. Leave Bid Functions View active bids, add/edit/delete preferences, view granted / rejected bids, balances, and history. Collaboration Receive and send organization messages and alerts Notifications Receive app notifications on their device when shifts become available, one of their shift changes or when one of their leave requests’ statuses is changed. Profile View and edit their personal information. Change their password.
