Exactly what I needed@
I have used Bookedin for 6 years. It became unstable and the app would no longer work in iPhones. I switched to Schedulista, and it is 100% better than Bookedin. I would have switched long ago had I known about this app. I highly recommend this!!

Amazing scheduling app
I love it!! Really easy to use. My patients schedule their own chiropractic appointments online. I can customize it, send automatic text/email reminders. Really nice!! I have been using it in my office for the past 6 years!!
Pay to use
Started off like it was free nothing about subscriptions or anything like that next thing I know I get an app notification stating my trial is almost over. I wouldn’t have wasted so much time and effort in building this app up with my info if I was just going to end up having to pay $19/mo for it.
Great for Winery Tour bookings
For over 5 years, we’ve used Schedulista so customers can schedule weekend Winery Tours to sample a flight of wine made from lemons, not grapes, and get a wine education at our winery in Palmer Lake, Colorado. The app is pretty robust but the web version is intuitive enough for customers to self-manage/reschedule. On our end, we are able to capture custom fields such as ticketing info and zip codes. Schedulista is the “front door” to our customer sales journey since we can generate reports which feed into MailChimp. Their team is quick to respond to questions in their Chat feature if I can’t find the answer in the FAQ area. I believe Schedulista is more intended for repeat customer businesses (stylists, personal trainers, massage therapists, etc.) but it’s worked out well for our more one-off Winery Tour reservations. Lots of bang for the buck so we highly recommend!

Great scheduler for hair salon!
I work as an independent hairstylist so I do all my own scheduling. I’ve been using Schedulista for about seven years now, my clients love it, in fact at least one client per week tells me how user friendly and fun this scheduler is. I have almost no noshows because of the reminder sent out. If a client does forget, I taze them with both an email reminder and a text, ha! Also, developers are very responsive when I have a question.
