Schedulosity has transformed how our company tracks availability and manages shifts. Before switching to this application, schedules were being managed through email. With a large staff, this quickly became overly confusing. Duplicate signups, missed emails, and getting assigned on your unavailable days were common events. I have been using this scheduling tool from day one. I am a physician that specializes in event medical staffing. I have used this site to help us staff everything from small concerts(<20k patrons, to large concerts(>150k patrons), to F-1, the Super Bowl and Electric Daisy Carnival. All of these events have required different levels of resource needs. This site has adapted with us, as our business has grown. The developer has always been very receptive to the specific needs and feedback from our company. This app is great!
This application has been amazing to be a part of from the start. This has saved me HOURS of having to create emails to our event teams in order to coordinate events being scheduled and any changes to locations and/or times. Once a change is made, everyone associated with the event or individual teams are notified immediately. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great system that will keep everyone on the same page!
