Not ADA compliant
Not recommended for low vision or hearing. Numbers are hard to see in light or dark conditions, no texture to help. Keypad is small and difficult to tell if input is recognized or complete (❌vs ✔️)

Battery notification be nice
Nice app but am I missing something. ? If the battery hits a specific level be nice to be notified
Silly app glitch
The 10.2.0 version has a super silly glitch: when creating a new account, after filling all the information, you will realize that you cannot click on the Create Account button! The button is there but just cannot be clicked! I propose to fire the Front end software engineer, what do you think, Schlage???

Battery life wrong
The app shows 100% of battery life and then all of a sudden it’s dead. This can be frustrating.

Great for 2 years
Existing router died. Locks will not connect to new WiFi. Have to delete,reinstall and add 20 existing door codes manually. 👎👎
Love the APP
Great APP. It is easy to use and feel secure knowing things are locked at night. I plan to change all our exterior handles and locks after seeing how well the APP works.

It works well and maintains stable connection to home wifi. 4 stars because the keypad is not illumitated on pressing.
Lock Status Notification Delay
Lock status notifications became extremely slow over the last month or so. It will sometimes take over an hour for the app to push a “door unlocked” or “door locked” notification.
Worked well for about a year
I paid 275 each for the two smart locks I have. They ceased working with my Orbi router after a year. I am very tech savvy, and even enlisted the help of IT manager to address the issue. After that failed, I tried to contact Schlage. No luck AT ALL with that.
Won’t talk to my devices
It worked for a few months and now they won’t talk to any of my encodes. And you can’t actually reach anyone on the phone anymore.
App window does not dynamically size
App window to create account too large for SE screen can’t hit create account button once all the email and password checks are on the screen. Amateurs
