Great Locks Control from Anywhere
We have these on 7 doors on our house they work great and stay connected. It gives you a great history too on who opens what doors and when if needed.
Can’t create acct
What’s the point in having a lock that requires an app that prevents you from creating an account? I downloaded the app, completed my account information with all green checks and when I press “Create Account” nothing happens. Looked online for troubleshooting steps to find I should uninstall/reinstall app—with no success. Pointless.

Apple integration
The app works fine. The register product link does not work. The supposed integration with the Apple Home app is lacking. Not all features are working properly.

I have been using my Schlage auto programmable dead bolt for a year now. Hands down best lock I have ever bought. The lock with the combined app provides such great simplicity with leaving and accessing the house. I love that I can manage access for my family no matter where I am. I also love that I get alerts way ahead of time to replace batteries when battery life gets low. Very very happy!

Happy to be using the App
I had Z wave door hardware. Not compatible unless you had a third party system. I got rid of the hardware and went with the Encode Plus. Now I can use the app. App works great!
Eats Batteries
It is a very good, sturdy product. Lost its Internet connection a couple times, but not a big deal. The only thing preventing this from four or five stars is the battery life. Every few weeks four batteries. It becomes quite expensive.

It’s what we need and researched for a long time. Well please!!!
Recommendation
Although the setup and functionality of the system is pretty straightforward out of three that I have installed in my home last year. One of the three has already gone bad. That’s a almost a $300 expense that I should not have to incur.

I have followed all the online instructions to connect to my wifi. Firmware update, 2.4ghz, simple password, no pmp, etc. still no connections

TMI about you
There is absolutely no need for a company to collect all the info any person just so you can lock and unlock a door. To me, this makes the product useless. Trading your life’s info for a lock. Not happy at all
