Not getting any notifications anymore
I’ve had this app over a year and it used to be brilliant for getting school notifications however I haven’t had a single notification in 6+months yet other parents are still getting them.

Every few months I have to re-download and reinstall the app because it’s just stopped working. Right now I’ve re-download it and I can’t even log in due to an error.

Not great compared to some of the other apps for schools out there we used previously. Notifications of new posts never seem to come through despite being enabled on the phone settings. Frustrating to switch between profiles when having children at primary and nursery. Not good way for photos to be shared by teachers.

Good
This app is good I like that the school keeps up with informing parents. What I don’t like is that my child has now left primary school and I am still getting notifications from them even though I have deleted that school.
Terrible app
Doesn’t work. Download app, correctly input class code for class info, accepts code, then when you go back into app doesn’t automatically accept you back into class info, re-enter same code which doesn’t work. Aargh!
Worst app by far
Third year of having to use this app for my children’s primary school. By far the most unreliable app I have on my phone and I have a lot. Failure to load, error messages. Every PTA meeting we have someone always brings it up and how every parent loathes it because of its constant issues. Hopefully the council are looking at alternatives this year.

Status update 502 is the Bain of my life. What is wrong with this app, it’s so slow.

I’m sorry this app it’s extremely slow and also looks horrible for being on iOS, check other apps for an example of how to do an iOS app, does anyone even read these messages I hate going on this app because of how slow and ugly it is.

Poor quality, questionable utility
Poor product design and implementation. Not well tested. The application has questionable utility. An email distribution list could easily replace this app for what it provides. I wish I didn’t have to use it.
Fix doesn't work
Terrible app for keeping in touch with the school! The so called *fix* has not fixed the issue. App crashes every time. Useless!
Bugs have ruined a good app
This app is failing to load 9 times out of 10. I keep getting an error message saying ‘timeout of 15000ms exceeded’ instead.

Getting an error, have been for the past week. Deleted and re downloaded and still the same! Great when it wants to work!!!
Garbage
Dreadful app. It almost always says network error and I have to constantly delete and reinstate the app. I’ve missed loads of notifications from the school because of it.
Just awful
I've given it one star because it's handy to not have to search emails, but that's where the positives for this app stop.

Original review: As parents we have no choice but to use this app once our school has decided to use it for all school communication. It’s a great idea but so many times the app fails. I get a network error and the spinning daisy wheel for days on end. The only solution seems to be to uninstall and reinstall. Frankly that isn’t even a workaround never mind a solution. In the meantime we may be missing time critical information from the school, which uses no other form of communication with parents. It happens repeatedly. Even more infuriating is that there is no way to contact the developers to offer evidence or seek help except by filling in a review here! The website is all about sales. Support is all for the school not app users. It just adds insult to injury. Please can you do something to either assist or fix the problem. Happy to help with that if I can. Thanks.
