Not user friendly
Poor usability, needs better defaults, needs 1/2 day option, needs arrives late option, and when you choose the student and full/multiple day, the date is blank. Terrible app!!

Terrible
Cannot get into my account at all! I don’t receive emails for the MFA. Yes, I check my spam and my trash folders. Yes, I have reviewed my email account settings to ensure that no one is blocked from sending me messages. Super frustrating!
Busted!!
Lets me know if my kids tryin to skip! Keeps me up to date on all the things going on at the school. Easy to let the school know if your kid has to leave or come back to the school. Great app!!
Not enough options
There’s no option for if my kid is at school, but arrived late. The only options I have are “full day”, “early departure”, “leave & return”, or “multiple day”.

This app is the worse every time going to use I can’t but try everything I can’t login ! Fix this !

Can’t mark a child late, can’t give a reason for why, adding an absence is tedious and convoluted, and YOU CANT ADD A LATE ARRIVAL. I hate this app.

Nothing ever works properly. It’s incredibly frustrating
Never works, no help.
I have three children, and multiple times two of them have become unavailable on the app. Multiple phone calls to their schools and no one can help. I have refreshed, I have logged out, I have deleted the app and reinstalled it. Nothing worked and don’t expect any help from the app managers. They make it pretty much impossible for you to contact them and when you are able to, they will not respond.

Missing late arrival option
The app is alright. Mostly user friendly. There is no option for a late arrival though. It would be useful to add that.
Latest update not working
I attempted to enter my child’s absence as I have always done. The app kept giving me an error message and would not let me submit it. I did some trouble shooting such as logging out and uninstalling the app and reinstalling when things got worse.
It now tells me my information is not recognized and I have no children in my account. (I have 2 children with the board and have used this app for years) I then called the absence line and it also doesn’t recognize my number that I have had for years.

For our children, it’s so important to have a place to be able to communicate absences and learn updates from the school. No complaints at all for this very helpful and useful app. Five stars across the board.
